This looks to me like a Fiat Allis 31 with an optional Kelly ripper. It has a 400 hp Cummins engine and shares the same drive train and under carriage as the HD-41. Shorter track length between idler and sprocket though. The 31's were built at the old Allis Chalmers factory in Springfield Illinois from around 1974 to 1983. Thanks for sharing your video.
I used to love these old dozers back when I was a kid,,allis chambers made one in the 1970's that seemed to be way bigger than old D9,,I may be wrong but I think one of the old allis chambers Im thinking about may have been a d10 size back then or maybe bigger,,man they were monsters back ten to have been so long ago.

HD41 the Biggest tractor ever build by AC was 524hp, catD10 700hp in 1977
