Voltage divider pot ko adjust kariye ,ya inn volt meter me jo divider resistor hota hai wo proper ni hota hai testing ye sab hota ni hai suppose 10k use hona chahiye calculation se ya program me 10x reduced voltage hai. Lekin actual me jo resistor hoga wo ,9.7 ya 10.6 aise hoga toh overall reading low voltage per adjust karne se high per dikkat hoga high set karenge toh low kharab hoga
Well Done Avipink, Cool Video , But I have another problem I am useing DSN-VC288 Voltmeter and it has external Shunt 50V 75mV, the problem is I cannot calibrate the Volt or Current down, I was using 12.1V and with the load it draw .08Amp. the voltage reads 12.9 I can only get it down to 12.4V and the current reading can only come down to 1.12 Amp, is there a solution? , would be good if can help or make a video about it,Thank anyway.

Adjust pot hai toh usse kar lijiye nahi toh voltage divider ka resistor jarur hoga aap check kijiye uss me 2 resiator ko use kiya jata hai . uska value change karna hoga

Bro. Shunt ke paas se ek patla connection controller me jata hai . wo brake hoga ya phir opamp ic kharab hoga. . apka jyada chance brake ka hai. kyuki sense wire per high voltage aane ke wajah se amp reading false ya maximum aata hai

It was a very useful video, I have a question about my problem, I would appreciate it if you could answer it. If possible I need the model number of the diode next to the 7133-1 voltage regulator. When I look through the microscope, I only see B3 written on it.
If its after 3.3v output of regulator probbly just a protection resistor which mean aroud 200ohm~ +-200/300 3.3 v cannot handle too big resistors ... still depends on where t goes...if its connected toground its probably bigger then 1k and lover then 20~k as much bigge ones will make allmost no noticeable effect.

My current measurement is wrong .it is 2-3 amps higher and it also varies (sometimes 2 amp higher ,sometimes 2.5amp when voltage changed etc).I checked with multimeter.i also tried adjusting trim pot but amp is too inaccurate to correct with pot how can I fix it
These are made out of cheap parts but works well. So any tweak can damage this. But what you want to do . Can i help you . Please mention what tweak you want

It can be problem of Sensing wire(Very Thin) going from shunt to Microcontroller check dry soldering of it. Or check OP amp

You can use any 3 terminal trimpot or 10 turn trimpot just connect it to their respected pins. Then calibrate it using DMM

Resistor check kijiye jo voltage measurement ke liye dalte honge waha ek resistor connect hai. Please check those

check voltage regulator.is it 5v or 3.3 v regulator.
