Does this app not work on a Samsung s9? Got the app, manually granted all permissions, but still get "device disconnected" when trying to pair.
If you guys aren't supporting the App anymore you should probably stop selling these watches...

How do you make the volume louder
Hi! as far as I see the steps counter doesn't count them at rest. Unfortunately my device lives with it's own life - it counts steps even if I stay or sit. Do you have any idea about the reason - soft or hardware works inrcorrectly? Do you have any information about the firmware which is installed in you watch? I suppose the local firmware gives me such a bug. Thanks in advance!

I got my watch and everything went smoothly with connecting watch to phone. The only problem I am having so far is I set up favorite contacts on watch but it won't select person I am trying to call. I can use keypad to call and it does but I don't know all my favorites numbers by heart. So what can I do to get this to work? Anyone??
What sort of charger do we use for smart charger
pull the straps of the watch, then you will see two black piece of plastic poking out of each side of the watch, where the straps were( don't worry you can attach the straps back to the watch)and one of them has two gold stripes, plug that one to the USB port of your phone charger

I thought this is a scam but it's not.
Here is the brief tutorial to make this work:
Just go to the settings and give permissions to calls, sms etc. Because the app is built for an older version of android. That's why it crashes when trying to reach the info it requires (because permissions are blocking it's way) and it says "device disconnected"
But this is actually a toast message error. The error is wrong. The device is not disconnected, it couldn't connect because of the permissions.

yes, you still can, but you need to setup first on the phone, then you can use it even the phone is not with you

I've got a new fitpro watch BUT it is NOT connecting to my new watch.

This did help me in connecting my device. When it comes to time setting and user profile setting it just states "committing". Then go back to set screen statimg device disconnected. How do i get the committing to completed. All permissions was granted. It was paired in Bluetooth. Still the same error. It does not even update/sync the time om the x2 watch. What else can I do?

When pairing, the watch only completes BLUETOOTH BASE. The others don't get past committing and it goes to another page. I removed the watch device from my phone, but now my watch doesn't show up for pairing.

Rubbish! You could not install this app, only made gossip.
I ordered two of these watches and they came today in the mail. There is no charging cable and no instructions how to turn this on so until I know how to charge this up, totally useless useless useless useless piece of whatever you wanna call it
Pull the straps off, the watch connects directly in to any usb charger plug. No cable, all attached to the watches.
You might have worked out by now however.
this is not really not working mine, how many times i tried the Bluetooth is fine but the other is commiting 😭
