This always depends on the smartwatch model. There are some with an option to change, there are models that it is fixed to 24 hour mil time. The only option you have is to change it to analog watch face

The music option gets stuck once I activate it. And the buttons aren't clear what moves them.. the main bottom button or the arrow at the bottom. 🤦.. but either one not very responsive once in music mode

Only one of the two green sensors (heart monitor) on the back lights up. THe sensor on the right lights up but not the one on the left. The sensors are located under a clear square piece of glass or plastic of which the thin film coating has started to peel away. Should both sensors light up or is it normal for only the right one to light up? I emailed the company but got no response from one email and the other email came back as an invalid address. Any insight on the green light sensor issue is appreciated.
hi, thank you for your video, I tried to connect my watch by myself by installing Fitpro, impossibe, I uninstalled everything and reset the watch because while watching your video, I had missed the step "bind device to experience more features", I scanned the QR code on my watch again, reinstalled Fitpro and started scanning of more features ..... connected and time ajusted :)
my FITPRO has no version listed on the app on my phone near the avatar picture up top in green. It will connect and disconnect. It is not coming up on the scan page in the FITPRO app on my phone. FITPRO is not listed on the message push page on my app on my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated
