- HUGE shields, great damage on a 1 bar pvp sorcerer? How is it possible? This eso magicka sorcerer pvp build uses 1 bar to kill, sustain and survive making it a great class to learn on. It has good sustain and can 1 shot most targets with a combo. It is a blast to play and works in Cyrodiil, Battlegrounds and Duels.

Sorc is good. I wouldn't use those sets personally but good job
@Unified-Gaming yea most people can't handle being that squishy, I think it's pretty fun though.
i got this build a few days ago and man it's so much DAMN FUN. if only the inferno ancient grace staff wasn't over 700k on the market lol.
Yeah about that.... most items shoot in value after build videos. My videos also impact this somewhat too.
A work around is use necropotence instead of crafty and use 1 more trainee and 2 willpower

@@themedic8511 Yeah pretty much lol I post the videos early on Patreon - this was posted about 3 weeks ago there. Even then, if you're on the video early you can normally get some good deals before things skyrocket.
I made a video with a tank setup awhile back and the whole build cost me 20k. 2 days later to remake it was 1m gold. Was insane.

I'm running a 1-bar sorc too, but I have to run some defensive sets in order to stay alive. Once I started increasing in mmr BGs, players got a LOT harder for me to take down. I've been scared to run a full mag set with light armor for this reason, but maybe the buffed shield is enough? One main question for you: how are you sustaining so well???
The buffed shield is huge and really helps. Sustain wise I have around 1900 approx which is fine before potions. Use regen glyphs and mundus and you're there. Regen food if need more. Max mag buffs damage so really works well when using shields as it helps them too.
I use this same gear load out on my magplar and love it!

I have one Sor but uses lessian Order Set for more tankynes ... 33K magika, 29K heal, 17K stamina, 4420 Spell Damage, 37% C.Chance, 5854 Penetration, 26K Resistance, and yes lots of kills, using same skills. and fun is that my build is for PVE, but just switch the skills to the ones from the video and can PVP without problem.

Great video appreciate the work you do but just as a pointer maybe turn off your unified gaming adverts while you're trying to demonstrate roll Dodge lol it's pretty hard to see through the battleground screen alone but not your adverts can't see anything
I've actually made it so they're automated at set times helping speed up content creation. When I do a dedicated build video I edit those in manually so that doesn't happen.
This video was made in 15 minutes and was recorded live with all graphics etc. Automated. How did it look overall?
What gear would u use for cyro non cp ? Medium/ light ? Mundus ? Race ? Seems a very effective build

What gear are you running for rhis build, have tryd the skill set, and it does work to have some more kills.

Out of curiosity why not run Necropotence instead of Crafty? Its more magicka and you're running a pet.
If pet dies your shields drops a fair chunk. Crafty makes the build easier to use. Necro would be more damage though.

Thanks and I'm glad it helped. Rotation wise you have 2 options.
Toggle overload before you see enemy so ready.
Endless fury, LA, frag, LA , Frag, streak, (shoot frag proc back if ready or cast Endless fury)
Or
Endless fury, LA, frag (frag procs), frag again roll dodge.
If no overload you just do normal LAs.

Really wish they’d balance the game. People that do enjoy the pvp combat are forced into the meta once match making rears its ugly head. I hate playing DKs
And I’m over here unable to even compete with a DK lol. Mostly do arcanist and nightblade, and just now leveled a Templar. Templar has been decent-ish, nightblade I’ve played the longest but still can’t PvP with it for shit, and arcanist I occasionally dominate with.

A build like this can work for BG, but you try and do campaigns with 9k penetration and it'll feel like your punching with pillows on your hands 👀
I've shown this off on stream on both pc na and pc eu working fine. A lot of that is how you play and who you run into.
I do agree that more pen would be nice though.
@Unified Gaming you'd be amazed how much you can minimize the 'who you run into.' The more pen, the more your able to engage armored enemies, and I'll tell you what its nice cutting through a cocky ass tank 😂 especially as a magsorc with streak to interrupt the block

@Girthquake I don't avoid people lol and sometimes even a damage build can't kill mobile and tanky people like nbs when they're played well. If a player goes defensive then it is hard to kill if they're somewhat good

I love seeing more gameplay commentaries though. So many eso pvp videos are just blaring music and no sound from the gameplay. Same with pve content honestly
This was recorded and edited in 15m total. I pushed record and just narrated as I played saying what I was doing - felt a little odd at first but got into it by the end :)

@@CreativeExcusesGaming Thanks man! Yeah they just need me to hit record and narrate as I play and done. No editing - all animations in, intro and exit in too. Took a lot of work to get right. I plan to do this for all classes and my builds going forward :)
@@Unified-Gaming thats crazy you did all the animations and everything in the recording instead of in editing. Mine are all edited still, but it is significantly easier editing than a build video.
Eso needs more gameplay videos so you could totally spam these and Id watch them lol. Ive already watched it twice 😂😂 youll save me from having to watch my own videos when im bored
@Creative Excuses Gaming my build videos are too however the way I've made it is so I hit record and everything triggers on timers without me needing to maintain anything. I then push end screen and do outtro. Then upload to TH-cam - 0 editing.
Took me ages to work out how to do this, get animations to play on timers and stuff...
I think this video comes more from you being a good player and having a (literally) killer execute, rather than sorc being in a good place.
Ive seen some high level kill magsorcs, but they are usually sitting in the back spamming Wrath on low health targets.
So I'm going to say this is player skill, and not class strength.

@@irishsage2459 Thanks man! This was a new style for me and also took a ton of work to get how I want. This video took 15 minutes to make and record total. So this type of video could be a more regular thing helping keep content out :)
My one question is the roll cancel, what order is that do you frag then roll or frag while rolling? Otherwise great vid and it gives me hopes for my sorc.... (Don't spam it too much and get us nerfed XD)
All instant cast skills do this and the frag proc too. You push the skill then roll dodge and the skill fires instantly. If you hard cast frags and get a proc after then push button again and roll. It shoots 2 at once nearly.

@HowardSupra yeah as the skill is a cast time one but the proc is instant cast like most spamables. If the skill says instant you can cast it and roll for the effect instantaneously. It is useful for shields and heals as well as shooting the frag proc. There is a dedicated build video on the channel showing how to do it slowly :)

@Dawn Dixon you need to get the frag proc which makes the skill purple, an icon appears in the buff tracker and then it works. There's a sound effect normally too which helps you know. When this is procd you can cast it and roll dodge cancel.

It looks really cool, especially for a new player. Fun to watch video as well with the educational commentary. But! I dont think it would work this well in PC. Imagine a Way of fire/masters dual wield/maras balm hybrid dk running at you with tons of burst damage, dot damage, more than 10k pen 32k hp 30k resistance 7k weapon damage. Like what can this build do rather than streak away? I think mighty chudan could be better for more defensives, adding a little bit of survival. Maybe vampire too.
I play this on pc na - that's where it was recorded.
Vs dks you have to keep distance and try and burst from 70% hp. I'd killed dks but it I'd a battle of attrition most of the time. Defence wise we have major resolve from oakensoul and we also have undeath from being a vampire stage 3. I've used it on stream and shown multiple times you can stay alive but it is more reactions and positioning that helps achieve this.
Notice noone paid him any attention. It's easy for sorc to dominate if they aren't getting pressured. This build could easily go upside down in the next bg
@@Chorizo81 I've got countless videos showing this being pressured and doing fine. Sorc is honestly how you play as streak is a great escape and engage tool

@@Unified-Gaming if you make a new character and play bgs you'll be against people on their first games. If you continue to win you'll be placed in higher mmr.
Basically if I play this build on my sorc after playing bgs for about a year it will be against complete sweats. You played against noobs.
@Nomad I've been using my magsorc on a for 9m and also made same setup on eu which I've been there for 3+ years and don't have issues.. the mmr system seems buggy at best.
42 kills 1.1 million damage
Stealing kills in low mmr bgs
Sorc doesn't have dots so they have lower total damage numbers vs say dks. Their damage is large hits unless using loads of procs which don't help magsorc massively
@Unified Gaming well my magsorc is in high mmr bgs and I hit 2 million plus damage with half the kills or less. Either your in low mmr against scrubs and bots who don't heal or you just steal kills.
@Dr Giggles80 or I combo and kill people faster instead of them healing up again? Equally if you're using dots I.e. elemental susceptibility etc. Then this can also bump up damage.
Damage numbers don't actually mean the match is good or bad. You can see wardens with
26k damage per kill your fighting scrubs and bots. can argue that all you want ... its facts. your burst isnt that good if your

if you instant die to a burst your probably not a good player and if you kill 42 of them in one bg they are scrubs and bots

Yeah - mages wrath (endless fury) is an execute type skill and so that's what I am referring to.

Mmr breaks and this was recorded on pc na if that helps. You can't control who is in your lobby sadly.

@Prince of Dorne I have countless recordings and streams showing the build. The fact is that sorc can burst if people don't react well and I can't make the bg teams lol I do however pick targets in the fights based on hp and class to confirm kills fast
@@Unified-Gaming it's not like I'm a hater or something but I played this build and several variations of it, it will not work in battleground especially when you que with friends. it only work with bots like those dudes in your video. in reality strong players are gonna farm you like you are nothing. it is what it is. i'm a fan of sorc and I wish mag sorc could work like it used to.
of course you still can be afk stealing peoples kills and be like 20-0 using 1 button and be proud of yourself
