Stuff where he was talking big about knocking dudes out. It just looks weak when he can't even take some critisism on things he tried to hype himself up for in the past. Can't take a punch or critisism coupled together makes him look like an idiot who started something he couldn't finish.

  • @EpicGamer14_
    @EpicGamer14_ ปีที่แล้ว +60

    I agree with Chris on the TA-JRam thing. Anderson started it, no matter what JRam did, Anderson wanted to fight. JRam was standing his ground. Also, I’m a Yankees fan so on the Stanton thing, he’s slow, we know this. He also is injury prone. Rojas should’ve known who was running and also I’m pretty sure he’s out even if he runs hard, they were throwing before he rounded. I’d rather have Stanton hitting homers then him trying to run on everything. When Stanton’s hot he can carry a team, so I’ll take that with him being so slow.

    • @FTLnovaKid
      @FTLnovaKid ปีที่แล้ว +3

    • @EpicGamer14_
      @EpicGamer14_ ปีที่แล้ว +8

      JRam was jawing at Anderson. That happens in baseball. Anderson did some things that bothered him and was calling him out on it. That happens. Anderson threw down his glove and squared up first. He started the fight, what’s Jose gonna do, nothing? No he’s gonna fight. Anderson very clearly started the fight and deserves at least double JRam’s suspension.

      Coming from an impartial place here, is it really a fight if only 1 person is squared up? The fight doesn’t happen unless JRam responds to TA. The argument that JRam “has” to respond by fighting and shouldn’t be more at fault doesn’t fly. He let TA know he was doing some ignorant shit and could have left it there. That being said, it was a great baseball brawl haha

    This was not a sucker punch in a crowd. This was two guys that squared off and Tim Anderson got knocked on his butt. Soft as butter no matter what Plouffe says. Nobody would be scared of Tim Anderson to his face. He is a baseball player with a weak jaw not a UFC fighter.

    Love the content guys. I kind of took issue with something Trev said as he was trying to give Tim Anderson credit for squaring up. To me that makes zero sense. A guy squaring up for a fight isn't showing that you're tougher than a guy who just sprints at you and tackles you, the only thing that does is signal that you're very serious that you want this to be a boxing match. It's the fact that Anderson was SO demonstrative showing the world that he wanted to throw hands that turned this into something that will follow him for the rest of his life.

Anderson escalated with taking his gloves off, then escalated again with the first swing and then kept trying to go back and re-start the fight. Anderson also went on Twitter and made threats. Tim was asking for it. His tagging shenanigans pissed off JR and many other players. He had a history of dirty plays at second and JR called him out on it. Tim started the fight by dropping his glove and putting up his fists. Unfortunately for him, JR ended it. Tim was wrong at every level and JR punished him for it. JR took the law into his own hands. Pun intended.
    Just because people are piling on Tim is not a reason to excuse what he did. I appreciate the sympathy but he messed up and should pay a heavier consequence than JR. That would be the fair thing to do. He started it with the dirty play and then initiated a fist fight. JR was wrong to engage but what Tim did was so much worse.

    Im a life long Sox fan and I cant stand Tim Anderson... but Im not talking crap saying hes soft.. Im talking crap to him and about him for the fact that he always runs his mouth, started the fight, squared up and then got knocked out. The thing that pisses me off about Tim is he also started a youth organization called League of Leaders to give teens a platform to stay away from and to prevent violence which Tim started after his best friend was killed by an act of violence. But Tim is out here, a professional athlete acting like hes on the streets and committing acts of violence infront of the world because of his fragile ego. What kind of example is he setting for the kids who look up to him? All the negative attention and drama over the years with the white sox has always been centered around Tim Anderson. He is childish.
