I learned from Kenyans. I want to put salt in water prior to put corn meal in boiling water. Please give me feedback. I just want to change the conventional way.
❤ I agree collards contain salt. I do same but with much less olive oil. Sometimes I add coriander or carvie as spices. Othertimes I add cubes of potatoes and carots.

This isn't vegan or vegetarian, not with those beef cubes.
Add musterd oil or musterd green stock in collard, beleave me it goes next level.
