I've had two Miatas (1990 and 1999), and they were just phenomenal cars to own. It is a small car, so if you're above 6', it can be a little tight. I'm 6'1", and I didn't let the smaller size faze me. It's the more generally reliable sports car you can buy, I personally like the regular convertible - the RF is cool, but I like the open air feeling of the traditional convertible. It is NOT what I would deem as a fast car, but it's wickedly more fun to drive. I would consider another one; however, I have a black 2005 Honda S2000 that I've had since new, and I won't part with it.
These are (obviously) all about agility. A few examples of what Mazda has done in the past to reduce weight in the Miata: Bracketless power steering pump and air conditioning compressor -3.2kg, Hollow front anti-roll bar -2.4kg, and New rear view mirror -84g.
The side skirts & rear lower ground effect were not optioned. The RF weight / extra cost ( $3,200 ) / air noise over 45 mph with the top down all make the soft top the one to Buy ! Just my opinion but I've owned 2 ND soft tops already. The RF weight penalty is 120 pounds which also adds a top heavier feel with the top up.
miata is a child's car, its so tiny and playful. Literally for people who cant afford supras and other sports car. That doesnt even include the Ms and Rs
I m have a 2012 retractable. No more ragtops for me. This RF is great. The way the roof is when lowered on this one looks awful .IMO one of the great things about a convertible is the clear views everywhere.Get rid of those ugly pillars
The MX-5 has been on my all-time top 10 list for over 25 years now. A true sports car in every sense
The 2025 Mazda Miata vs The 2025 Jaguar F Type
Totally different cars in my opinion. Don't you think so? Both very nice cars anyway
Miata… reliability
@@matthewhenderson5070 ok.

stunning 🔥🔥
muchísimas GRACIAS 😊👍
Seems to be missing the rear lip spoiler
Yea lol, I hope it’s not because they discontinued it

Was this club specced down? It's missing lots of stuff the clubs have. The front splitter, rear spoiler, etc.
Have you seen the 35th anniversary edition?
Hey Ben, I have a weird question. Would you go for this or a two door Jeep Wrangler in manual for a secondary car?
Jeep for off-road, Miata for fun
Jeep hasn’t made a quality product since they got bought out by Chrysler
So no changes from the '24?
Is it fast ?
0-60mph in 6 sec. Fast but not super fast. But very agile
Cool car
