Someone told me that it was impossible for a non-native English speaker to learn all the phrasal verbs, but I'm so excited about learning that I didn't let this get to me.I will continue learning till I master them completly.Wish me luck!
@@fabriciopatrocinio426 penso che sia corretto "I didn't let it GET to me", perché il verbo "to get" ha la forma del l'imperfetto qua. "this" non possiamo usare, perché è l'aggettivo ("quello"). in questo caso dobbiamo mettere 'it', perché è il pronome ("lo / gli"). Spero che abbia aiutato.
Don't let his way get to you,Ali! You're amazing. It's the done thing to ignore and avoid those people. Don't let them get to you ,wind you up,ticks you off or piss you off! You're spectacular! I think no one here can't love you. You're loved by all people. I enjoy watching your channel.
your way or style is extremely great and easy . you explain things in an extremely clear, easy , and simple way . you're really great teacher, no, not just a teacher, but a doctor.
First of all, thanks for bringing us the useful lesson. In your another video about phrasal verbs of GET, there is “ get around” means to have a lot with in sexually. Does it differ from “get (a)round to doing”? How can I use them differently? And there is “get over with”, does it differ from “get it over with”? Hope you could explain more and deeper to me. Thanks a lot.
...teaching as a form of being - I came recently across your channel and as a German teacher I have ( a bit jealously) to admit: you are as entertaining as instructive ...
As for me the time difference between waking up and getting up can be from 1 sec to 1 hr. It depends on my wish to get out of getting up and the time of previous getting in. Sometimes a phone call from somebody can get to me and reduce the time difference. Having a cupacoffee could make me get rid of feeling sleepy and wishes to get away from work, but I haven"t got round to fixing my coffee machine yet.
This morning I got up at 8.00 a.m. I was really tired because the previous night I had got in really late, since I had been working. Once up, I knew that I had to study english, I couldn't just get out of it. I couldn't focus at all this morning but my mind was saying "just get it over with, you love english!". Later this morning, my friend called me up to ask me if I wanted to go for a run tomorrow, but I said to her that I couldn't get away from study and work until the next week. She was pretty upset and she asked me:" When are you going to have around to getting out with me? You're always busy and you promised me that you would be more relaxed in the summer, you're a liar!". I didn't let her anger get to me, because I knew she wasn't really mad at me. PS: Love you so much!!
I'm brazilian and this channels is helping me a lot in my english learning. It's perfect, because I laugh while I'm improving my vocabulary. Thanks, keep going with it, your job is amazing✌

You can do it!
Is it the correct way to write? or "I didn't let it got to me"? With the "get" in past and "it" instead "this"? I'm confused. Can Someone help us?
Good luck, friend! And me too😅
