I don't even know who she is but that woman in red is deluded...that's your personal opinion on you experience. If people put their mind and passion into their job, whether they're a man, woman, gay, straight, black or white they could all be amazing but if you don't try and push yourself you won't achieve anything. Nothing to do with having children.

Woman in red perhaps has become more driven and detail conscientious at work since becoming a mother, but it's quite a leap to generalize her own experience to all women, and at times she appeared weirdly emotional in her plea. What a silly segment.
