i'm always amazed at the hand gestures that come from the lead, he's so cool. and kips' "thank the LOOOOORD" was absolutely amazing.
Love this. Super to hear Rob sing tenor. And Kipp's"Thank the Lord" is EPIC!!
I hope I can sing with Rob in heaven...he simply rocks!
What an amazing execution. I love the way they move and the way they really sing that song like there's no tomorrow!! That's exactly the way to do it :)
This is the first barbershop video I had ever watched. Amazing as always
same here...+ jeff oxley.
wow!!!
1995...sounds great to me
Actually, in most of the recordings, Rich goes to baritone while Kipp is posting, and Rob does the tenor.
That overtone on the last chord is CRAZY...
lol, nice hair Kipp
I think the idea is to put as many people on full voice as possible. Baritones often can't sing the high 5th in tags.
niiiiiiiice
Pretty sure that was Rob singing it actually.
Do a yahoo search for David Wright arrangements
How come Rob's doing the high tonic at the end? I woulda thought Kipp would be doing that, and have Jim on 1, Rob on 3, and Rich on 5...
I would guess the key is high enough that Rich doesn't have 5 in full voice, only Kipp does.
Also i heard that its for all there preferable sounds rob liked singing the high tonic.
Is this contestable?
Nope
