I have fixed my bluetooth by updating my windows and drivers. I have INTEL and NVIDIA GEFORCE drivers. If you want to update your drivers, just follow this intructions: >First go to Device Manager >Display Adapters, there you can see your drivers >Right click on the driver you want to update >Click Update Driver >Search automatically for updated driver >After finding and installing updates, Restart your PC or Laptop That's All! I had the HP tech support remote connect to my computer to fix a printer issue, when they were done, my bluetooth mouse stopped working. The computer said it was paired and the bluetooth trouble shooter said everything was fine. I went into the "Services" like the dude in this video sad and those steps fixed everything. AWESOME VIDEO! All the other videos were trash and didn't do anything.

My newish Oontz angle 3 stopped working today and I could not delete from my list of devices..tried to follow a geek website with device manager and it deleted it from that list but not the one where I connect my bluetooth devices (windows button = i) I almost didn't watch your video..so glad I did! followed your instructions to get to my computers troubleshooter (which was hidden a little farther away then your video showed but I found it!) and it suggested to reinstall the driver. that did it! it's now working!
There is one way you can achieve it - just go to BIOS settings after restarting the computer and check out the system configuration or try to find the menu which includes all the built-in devices. From there you can easily disable exactly the built-in bluetooth adapter. Cheers!

download intel BT driver manually, installing that gave an option to remove BT Driver, click on that rather that replacing current version. Remove BT Driver > Restart (or Shutdown) > Reinstall > Restart (or Shutdown)

You can add them on device manager like the video states and also by getting a portable bluetooth enabler from rocket fish and it comes with a disk to program your computer with new drivers, or you can go online and read your computers serial number and see manufacturers compatibility

I have two computers, one monitor, a mouse, and a wireless keyboard, and one KVM switch. Everything on both computers says the keyboard is paired and working. But when I hit the KVM switch, to switch over to the second computer. It won't work and all is working in the device manager. If I use a keyboard with a USB connection, both computers work. I had another computer hook up and it was working. Then the second computer died. I have different one now and it's the one not working.

Thanks! The trouble shoot identified an error with the driver. Issue was fixed once it was reset.
