I didn't get to the waterfall. I just sent my drone to there from a distance.
There are trails leading to the East side of the waterfalls, but the view on the way is quite limited. Best to approach by boat (yet you can't enjoy the view of the upper waterfalls then)
Of couse, because the waterfall also is borderline & Vietnam authority forbidden flycam so can be controlled from the distance only!

Does anyone know how to reach this beautiful waterfall or any tour which goes to this waterfall?
hanrolav H Probably the best would be through China side. Reach Nanning (capital of Guangxi province) and then either take 2 buses or better rent a car with driver to enjoy better the way as well.

After checking the internet I found that at least four tour companies conduct tours to Detian waterfall. other scenic sights and also to a longevity village.
There are a lot of local tours in Hanoi. They call this place Ban Gioc (Ban Sop) in Cao Bang Province, tour starts at 7 am in Hanoi old quarter every Friday. Go to Hanoi and buy the tour just that simple. It will be 3 days 2 nights, prices are varied just get there and check.
