Sir 1 week pahle 10mva transformer ka oil down kr k oltc chamber ka gasket change hua tha, kaam hone k baad oil filter kr k daala gaya aur 3 drum new oil dala gaya, uske baad se kvi kvi 3 hr 7hr 6hrs k baad baad bucozl relay aram aa jata hai, fr hmlog b. Relay realse kr k reset kr dete hai but after few hrs fr se aata hai aisa q sir kya solution hoga pls reply!?

Sir there is no point of measuring Vacuum pressure in the Vacuum Interrupter in the VCBs. First of all know the theory well and then come to the media to teach others. If there is 0.00001% loop leak in the Vacuum Interrupter, the total Unit will fail to be healthy. Its gone. There ia option rather than replacing it with new one
how can we know if it leaks ?
@@BOLBULBULIndustrialElectrical Boss there's no logic in your question. Think deep into the theory of Vaccum technology. Nobody can lay any pressure in the vacuum tube and set a parameter for the same. Its an infinite term. Once the vacuum is lost even a measure of 0.00001% it is become inefficient or unworth to interrupt the power electrifies through it. Anybody say anything. Don't come here for knowledge. Read the books and and grow in technical knowledge. Go to the Siemens technical gallery available in the websites
But question is How can we know vaccum interrupter is correct or defect & when to replace ?
@@BOLBULBULIndustrialElectrical its easy Sir. Even non technical can detect it. When you apply the minimum primary voltage through pole to pole from any insulation tester or ipod device, it will show some mega ohmic value or show short, even while the breaker is open. It will show the value, even if there be very very nano level puncture in the Bottle and become unfit for high voltage Interruption. When you insert the VCB with punctured VI into the panel, you will expect the handed flash over or blasting
Same thing I try to explain in this video. In Industrial work it is important how quickly you sort out the problem. In Industry there are many electrical equipments .No one could not be expertised in all section. So I try to upload practical videos , which could help someone in Industry.
