How to make a DIY plasma ball!

- Ever wanted to make those cool lightning/plasma ball? In this video, I will show you exactly how to make it with some household materials. First I'll show you how to make a homemade tesla coil from a bug zapper then place a lightbulb as the topload and make a plasma ball.
This project is very cool and if you are new to electronics then you should definitely try this project.

The things needed for this project are:-
*Electric flyswatter : amzn.to/2C762JN
*2 nails
*PVC pipe/plastic tube
*24 gauge(AWG) enameled wire : amzn.to/2Py1CiU
*9 gauge insulated wire
* 4 sheets cellulose acetate sheet
* 2 sheets kitchen aluminum foil
* Incandescent bulb(lightbulb)
* Soda bottle

(it's de-pressurized, noble gas inside, has something in the center that electricity can flow through)
(also, I have plenty of lightbulbs and a flyswatter that I wanted to salvage too)

Bro can i use 400kv high voltage generator instead of that from the electric bat. And can the bulb safely handle that voltage ?
where did you get the high voltage wire from the homemade capacitor and is the 9 gauge insulated wire in AWG or SWG? Also in the video you said the copper wire is 27 gauge but in the description it says 24 gauge copper wire

That was the circuit, basicly it is small high voltage transformer, ti transforms 3V to higher voltage. That thing is the most important part

You can definitely try and increase the input voltage. You can fine tune the ratio between the primary and secondary coil turns, secondary coil height, wire gauge, diameter of the coil. You take a look at this calculator which will help you tune the tesla coil: www.classictesla.com/java/javatc/javatc.html .
