I'll complain to cs about the busted clams. They're way too expensive to arrive not perfect. I actually haven't noticed the cotton clean ups being sub par on absorbing. Some of mine do unwind a little out of the bag. I hope this bag is better for you, but I'll pass it onto cs as well. I also don't like fluffy fleece...it's weird to me
