- One of the coolest Honda shops in Japan, Zero Fighter is packed with Race and Kanjozoku spec Civics. We head to the hills stopping in Osaka JDM and Full Stage along the way before receiving a very warm welcome from the staff at Zero Fighter in Nara.
In 2019 we went back to Japan. Hungry for more after "Japan Without a Plan", we aimed to seek out AE86's, Street drifting, Kanjo culture, tuning shops and much more.
In this twelve-part special, we buy another van and travel up the east coast, documenting as much as we could, getting ourselves into some hilarious situations.
Enjoy our journey through Japanese car culture over the next few weeks. This one has been a long time coming.

I feel like TH-cam isn’t promoting these videos like they should. Probably due to some weird localization algorithm. There’s no reason these videos shouldn’t have millions of views. They’re just too damn good.
I've only just found the series and all I watch on TH-cam is cars. Definitely a underrated series!

And you had to travel to the other side of the world to japan just for them to ask you about Scanias xD To be fair though I'd imagine Japanese car enthusiasts long for things they can't have/don't see just as much as us in the west long for GTRs etc.

@@juiceboxforyou Nah, it actually sounds pretty good most of the time. Sometimes the dialogue gets quiet or sounds “flat”, but I imagine that mastering the audio is super difficult and requires some crazy microphone setups.

amazing series so far. Choice of music is on point, so is the commentary and editing. Interview mic might be needed for the next one. There will be another series, right?
Hopefully another series down the line, we used a cheap mic for the interviews and paid the price in post. No filter can really save the quality but its another lesson learned
Honda is pretty underrated. They make such good cars.

It's so nice to see how friendly all the car garages are, I didn't visit any on my trip unfortunately, It was a more touristy/anime trip with a couple of car days but I need to go visit some of these guys next time!

I would have loved to be there in Japan @ Honda Tuning Shop and experience seeing not only JDM Hondas, Krazy 1 of a kind builds & of course I'd love to see all the other JDM Legends we all love, desire, want & crave. To experience Japan's raw car culture , amongst other things. I hope to 1 day have the pleasure to experience.
