Sir. I and my two friends purchased agriculture land and layout done without taking permission of authenticated officer. Layout done 40 feet road and 30feets two. After that we equally particisand small three and big plots three. This plots comes same survey numbers. Each one got one small and one big plots. Please let me know each person should apply two LRS applications or each one application is sufficient.
ANOTHER QUESTION THAT Please let me know about ULC which purchased 20 years back. Thank you sir for giving troubles to you.

My purched land and layout the same 40 feet road one and one 30 feet. As G. O. 151 HE APPLIED LRS APPLICATION AND SUBMITTED ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENT EXCEPT ULC CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE. He approached authenticate officer and submitted application with a request to issue ULC clearence certificate but the denied to give same under the plea that that land fallen in ULC.
MY friend paid full fees more three lacks rupees. THE GHMC OFFICER CONCERNED REJECTED HIS APPLICATION. IT APPEAR ON LINE. THE AUTHORITY COMPETENT NOT INTIMATED ANY INFORMATION TILL THIS DATE. AGAIN MY APPLIED AS PER G. 0. 135 and register the same.
Some of the persons constructed houses and living in the houses without any permission they obtained. No officer questioning.
Kindly suggest in the matter.
