Farm lands are ploted 121 sq yds for each plot The sandalwood venture made a layout of around 800 plots Does that layout required approval from revenue authority? The venture said its not conversion land we are doing farming on sandal wood In each plot they gonna plant 8 sandal wood trees Could you let me know does that need approval layout from revenue authority and I would like to know what are the precautions that i need to takecare for purchasing a farm land plot.
