Truly the last of the 'great' BMW's. All mechanical engineered with no electronic crap. Im 60 years old and have owned all the best BMW's since the 70's and I can tell you the steering 'feel' is amongst the best of any BMW ever made. The M54 3.0 engine is one of the very best engines ever made by _anyone_ . I will drive mine until I die and my wife has instructions to bury me in it.
Buy one while you still can. Love and cherish it and don't be afraid to spend money on it. In a few years they will all be gone.

Wow, is dit een wagen uit de jaren '90? Ik ben allesbehalve een BMW-liefhebber, maar ook ik moet toegeven dat deze wagen bijzonder tijdloos vormgegeven is. Ik zou hem zeker niet voor 2004 geschat hebben. Ach ja, het kan natuurlijk ook een teken zijn dat alle BMW's op elkaar lijken ;)

Just got a 2000 528i touring, a little worse for wear but ik with the much love I'll give to it, it'll all be worth it for me. Id absolutely love an interior upgrade like this in mine. Wish I could afford specialists to do that for me.
