(based on memory) They used to have an option of skipping past the trailers before you got to the dvd menu, and immediately preceding the menu was a little animation of Tinkerbell introducing a Disney-based logo before it moved onto the dvd menu. Given their popularity I think it's safe to assume a lot of people associated the brief sequence with Disney films in general
I specifically remember Tinkerbell dotting the "i" because when she did she bent over and I always remember thinking I was super close to seeing up her dress.
The Mona Lisa one is because the preservers for the painting have to paint over it to keep it “alive” and that has made gradual small changes over the years
In the case of Forest Gump, both quotes are correct, we see Forest talking to someone about his mother and he says "my mama always used to say that life WAS like a box of chocolates" bc he's talking about her in the past tense, but we also see her say "life IS like a box of chocolates" in a flashback 😊
Fun Fact: in the first ever edition of "Snow White" written by the brothers Grimm, the original line was: "Looking Glass, Looking Glass On The Wall Who's The Fairest of Them All?"
The one with forest gump was him speaking in the past tense saying that his mother always said, "life was like a box of chocolates, you never know what you gonna get," and with the drawl it does sound like "is" in addition people likely changed the quote to be used for themselves and it stuck that way
In Forest gump he actually said "life WAS like a box of chocolates" because I searched the scene and turned on the captions on TH-cam and he said WAS not IS.
The Tinkerbelle one is probably your memory combining the classic intro with an intro that was on some of the DVDs were she'd zip around, leaving fairy dust behind before displaying herself for a moment before zipping off again.

The tinkerbell one I'm pretty sure is as a result of the Disney movie dvds.
I am 17 and I remember it, but I always thought that the Tinkerbell intro was before my time.
4:22 im pretty sure i have that on a bunch of dvds
I specifically remember Tinkerbell dotting the "i" because when she did she bent over and I always remember thinking I was super close to seeing up her dress.
yh it’s in dvds and stuff not in cinimers or yh they can’t fool us
@@NiknubeS8 Yet, no one has uploaded the one that I am thinking of.
In 'We are the champions' the of the world was added later for live shows although it's not on the recording it is done on live performances
Sidemen reacts > any other channel
I have always seen and heard things for the way they are, these Mandela affects never affected me

Lol, thought my headphones malfunctioned.
When you realise that no matter how famous you are, there's no cure for "stupid".
Simon saying eulogy instead of euphemism🤣
The Mona Lisa one is because the preservers for the painting have to paint over it to keep it “alive” and that has made gradual small changes over the years
In the case of Forest Gump, both quotes are correct, we see Forest talking to someone about his mother and he says "my mama always used to say that life WAS like a box of chocolates" bc he's talking about her in the past tense, but we also see her say "life IS like a box of chocolates" in a flashback 😊
Fun Fact: in the first ever edition of "Snow White" written by the brothers Grimm, the original line was:
"Looking Glass, Looking Glass On The Wall
Who's The Fairest of Them All?"
The one with forest gump was him speaking in the past tense saying that his mother always said, "life was like a box of chocolates, you never know what you gonna get," and with the drawl it does sound like "is" in addition people likely changed the quote to be used for themselves and it stuck that way
The scariest mandela effect: the amount of money in my bank account
Schrödingers money
I feel like there are a lot more severe cases of the mandela effect that could be talked about
They should’ve added The Bearenstain Bears to the list, that’s the one that tripped me out the most when first hearing about the Mandela Effect.
same bro
In Forest gump he actually said "life WAS like a box of chocolates" because I searched the scene and turned on the captions on TH-cam and he said WAS not IS.
To everyone who wants to self promote their trash channels.

I literally had to check the we are the champions one, so trippy
The tinkerbell thing does exist, it just cant be seen because it's only on Disney DVDs
Yeah it’s only on the dvds where they pay for the extra credits thing there is clips of it because I managed to find one there just hard to come by
In the books the evil stepmother in Snow White does indeed say mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all
Yoooo congratz on 3M

the one w out the black is a female pikachu- the end looks like a heart instead :)
sidemen reacts is way more fun than watching the actual video they’re reacting to
That Tinkerbell one got me. Because if you have ever been to Disney World on the Shrek 4D ride they have a little nod to this intro in the ride.
Bez looks like the nerd in hollywood movies
5:49 he sang it at the end when they sang it live
The Tinkerbelle one is probably your memory combining the classic intro with an intro that was on some of the DVDs were she'd zip around, leaving fairy dust behind before displaying herself for a moment before zipping off again.
Omg thank you for this, I could've sworn on my life I'd seen her come on the screen during the intro and sending fairy dust everywhere so I thought I was going crazy xD Now I remember it being on the DVD intro
“Who else can’t wait to see sidemen until Sunday so just comes to this channel” 👍
I’ve heard one where people swear down they saw Daffy Duck at movie world even though Daffy Duck isn’t there and isn’t even made by Warner brothers
The “of the world” is in the live aid performance, which was like the biggest concert
3:02 that’s the question I ask myself everyday
The "off the world" one isn't actually a Mandela effect .When Queen (the rock band) were on Live Aid ,Freddie Mercury sung "off the world" on the end.
Why do so many of you people assume that everyone has seen them perform LIVE. My strongest memory of the ending of the song is from the radio in the 1980s.
For the tinkerbell thing. I see it on DVDs when it asks you to choose what format you want the movie in
The Mandela effect is basically the definition of "My life has been a lie"
Sidemen: I am trusting the video
Sidemen two secs later: F*ck the video I’m still singing ‘of the world’
