I'd love to see Highway have a random event where the tornado outside the map boundaries at some point begins to take a stroll through the map itself, destroying buildings (And damaging tanks in it's path) along the way to make new terrain.
You know whether effects could possibly be in future Random Events. I was thinking about the possibilities on Highway and that tornado visual effect off the map is just asking for it. Maybe it would sweep across the map destroying the bridge and reducing view range to zero past it or skirt the side of the city causing some buildings to topple over.
They have it in blitz and console and tbh they look great (especially the PS5 version at night with northern lights), idk why its taking them a while for the OG pc experience
I can imagine what it will be like for other maps like (the mine, the overlord, Malinovka, the highway, etc.). It shouldn't be too repetitive as a vehicle in this random event. and again, mountain pass I can imagine a typical random event (natural landslides, or landslide.)

también pensé lo mismo en redshire, tal vez el mapa antes de la caida del Zeppelin de toda la vida, o la caída de un segundo Zeppelin en el centro del mapa y que este aplasté al gran árbol

In fact, when you block it, it blocks 100% of the modes on the same map. However, if you play with a platoon mate as commander, then you may have to play in it
@@dennisk.6105 What @lolgabriel7486 said is correct, if you block a map it is blocked in all game modes unless you play in platoon, in that case you will play the maps that the platoon commander does not have blocked.
Think of them as something brand new even as separate maps due to the mechanics implemented. So in other words we are still waiting/curious to see once it goes live how the general player base will react to crashing planes or standing in red smoke 😁- Ser_Remseldorf

On this map I feel that tanks without armor cant really be active.
as person who tested events in recon,i am more hyped to get new maps or old ones what are updated than examble falling zeppelins but these can be good change since sometimes some parts end up being sitting battle and who will pen more wins

Innovations like these will help players get out of the box and change their playing habits. However, since these events occur spontaneously - randomly and are independent of player interaction, they will lose their magic after a while and become an ordinary mechanic like the ventilation system. If these events are designed to occur through player interaction, they can both encourage team play and have a greater chance of turning each battle into a memorable enterprise and adventure as players coordinate with their teammates to change locked battle positions and hopeless situations. For example, to trigger the event in Ruinberg, let's have a radio station among the buildings in the open area and an interaction radius around it. You can do this like the capture the flag mechanic. Here, if the tanks of one of the teams remain without damage for a certain period of time, bombers are called from the radio station and the map in the city changes. While one of the teams aims for this, the other team may try to prevent it in order to defend. Destruction of a support column can be set to collapse the bunker on the Safe Heaven map, and its collapse can be triggered after a certain number of shots are fired. Additionally, diversity can be increased in dominant midpoints that bring great risk and great gain in many maps. For example, repair circles in frontline mode can be tried on some maps. Or, on some maps, dams can be blown away by tank fire to change the topography and change passable terrain, or areas with drainage systems can be captured and new advance routes can be opened in previously impassable wetlands. I know I talked a lot, but these are ideas that came to my mind and I wanted to share them. This game deserves more attention and more players, and maybe increasing diversity of tactics and possibilities can make it more enjoyable and interesting.
Nice, this is a great way to eliminate "dead zones" or corridors on maps. Opening up the map for more angles and ways of play. looking forward to more of these events.

Maps are the lungs of this game. If only WG understood how landscapes influence and attract new players and keep current players enjoying more the game. More new maps, less premium tanks, please.
WG all fine but I'd love to see more like approaching tornado on Highway destroying part of the city, tsunami on some asian map, and for example some earthquakes that cracks terrain. Hopeyou will make some into the game!
Myabe change the random part: make event appear in every game but in random parts of map with random damage to environment! And no heads-up timers, only appear on minimap with 15 seconds before - forcing players to use it more!

Dear Wargaming Team, could you brink the game mode "Homefront" for 2 weeks a year back, that was such a cool game mode where you actually need to play with randoms / friends against a hord of AI Tanks, it was so cool bring it back for us please :)
As agressive player I can straight out tell you what you need for maps to stop the endless camping. You need to create a map with lots of possibilities for flanking, WITHOUT those huge no mans land areas. This is a good start, do not get me wrong, but there is still long way to go. On one way WG is creating simple maps, where there are usually just three-five ways to get to the enemy. It is simple, but that is the problem, you can not push the enemy unless the enemy does a mistake or you flank the enemy, if the only possible flank on the map is through open field or charging through enemy TD camp, what is the point of having that flank? You can only push through such flanks with luck, or again, if the enemy makes a mistake. To simply summerise this: Make a flank of a flank of a flank of a flank of a flank oppoturnities on your maps and you are good to go map wise. No more camping necessary. The other point is: If you are trying to stop players from camping, maybe if you only make hull down beast tanks in your game and then you give people strong hulldown positions on every map, maybe, maaaaaybe you just told a player: buy this tank, go here on this map and stay there until you win.
Is there a pattern for all objects that might damage/destroy the vehicle or is it randomised? Is there a particular spot in the danger zone that is guaranteed to be safe spot that will never get your tank destroyed?
It will happen the same way every time. The destruction zones won’t alternate in size. The part is though the game will randomly choose if it either occurs or doesn’t occur. If it occurs the game further chooses a randomized battle time that it will occur. It won’t happen at the same time twice in a row.
Wargaming has a problem with definitions. For example versatile tanks (bs) now it's random events but the events will be the same. Random means random. Not the same thing happening on the same map creating the same changes to the map that Unicums will learn in days.
@@Dv087 It's random enough in term of time and depending on the circumstance can really change the tide of the battle. Consistency in term of effect should still be there to promote skillful play with the map.
I feel like making the random events occur 50% of the time would really make people think about where they go. Either that or they camp until it happens lol

los eventos aleatorios son geniales pero lo realmente lo que requiere mejorar es el equilibrio de las batallas aleatorias ya que tener 5,6,7, etc derrotas continuas le quita la diversion al juego.

I'd love to see random events made for the Malinovka map to spice up the slow gameplay on it, just like with Prokhorovka.

Seria uma sugestão legal introduzir NPCs lutando, usando metralhadoras e fuzis. Tb seria legal ter tripulantes fora do tank antes das batalhas.
