Blud tried sneaking in Adebayo at 18. Bam should be an honorable mention. Guys like Siakim, Jamal Murray, KAT, Porzingis, Jalen Williams, Sengun, Markkanen, Scottie Barns, Tyrese Maxey, Paolo Banchero, and even Dejounte Murray should be higher than Bam. And none of the people I just named are even top 25 according to you. Bam at 18 is nuts. Swap scenarios with Bam and anyone else from 19-25 on the list, the team would be much worse,
@@Jake-f5s Swapping scenarios isn’t always a one-to-one science. Sure, Bam can’t carry an offense the way some of whom you mentioned can, but his defense holds tremendous value and he scales up pretty well on contenders.
He has some great upside offensively, defensively he's able to make some reads but usually isn't really an impactful defender. And even with his offensive upside he has an extremely limited game as we saw against the Lakers in 2023. If he were to be ranked here based on what we know, he'd probably be in the 23-18 spots
I feel as if you should’ve given Jimmy the edge over Zion but the two are very close and I’d say their placements are interchangeable. Jimmy is just more versatile of a player with less weaknesses and thus would be a better fit than most teams. Zion would have to be the engine with the ball in his hands and with shooters spaced around him to exert his mega value. And what you didn’t touch was his little to non-existent off-ball gravity on the perimeter due to his lack of shooting skill which is a big problem especially in the Playoffs. I get that Jimmy also isn’t an elite shooter himself but just like in your video about DeMar he still demands respect because of what he can do once he catches the ball with his slashing and respectable mid-range game. I honestly would’ve done (from 16-20) Butler, Kyrie, Zion, Wembanyama, and Bam. I might even bump Bam even lower than that tbh I just can’t see how he’d be more valuable than Brown’s two-way impact. Brown would be 20th and I’d have Bam at 21st and Dame at 22nd. Still a great video, can’t wait for the rest.
Wemby is Top 10 already, and probably Top 5 by the end of next season, he’s better than AD at everything but post scoring and AD is a Top 10 player, stop looking at his whole rookie season, because since they moved him to Center and started a real point guard he became a different player, since December he averaged like 23/11/4/2/4 on 60%ts, and he is better than Gobert on defense who also have some flaws, and Wemby shot blocking and ability to guard 2 players at the same time, just these 2 things alone are so valuable and impact the game so much that i don’t care if he is miss positioned 2-3 possessions per quarter … You put Wemby on the Lakers they win the chip, he’s so much better than AD as a playmaker already, and already a better defender, shooter and lob treat, like i said he is literally better than AD, he has Porzingis height and shooting+ AD lob finishing and defensive versatility+ KD handles … He’s a Top 10 player easy, AND HE’S CLUTCH AND A GREAT LEADER ! Top 10 without a doubt
Wemby is NOT better than AD already. I do think he's barely top 15-16 though. He was placed a little too low for this list, however, I think he could have been top 13/14 skill-wise by the end of the season. He improved massively from top 30 at the start to almost top 15 by the end. He's definitely getting into the top 10 next season.

While SG is his main position, he can 100% run the point. Next to Embiid, Maxey is averaging a career high 6.2 APG while continuously growing his ability to read different defenses and finding open shooters. Stop being biased & ignoring the fact that Brown is literally in a perfect system where as Luka & Kyrie were relied on all szn & in the playoffs to carry their team. Brown can have multiple bad games & still rely on that 5 out offense to lead the Celtics to a win.
could go either way but I think the difference really is their playoff performances like Hoop venue said last video come playoff time Trae's physical limitations and lack on interior scoring effects him a lot in the playoffs and he has to rely on very difficult hard streaky shots and hoop venue showed a graph explaining how his scoring and efficiency would dip because of that, added to the fact he is a horrendous defender and walking liability on that end. Kyrie had a extraordinary playoffs this year and has always been known to show up in the biggest moments excluding Boston lol, and he is extremely clutch. He also did all of this with the ball way less in his hands. That timberwolves series decided it for me imo at least and he actually played decent defense for most of the playoffs and isn't as bad as trae, excellent rim scoring as we all know which Trae doesn't have, still good playmaking throughout the playoffs, and you could say he is a 3 level scorer. Well thats my 2pc the hawks are really in a mess this year so that could effect how we view Trae Young. Still a extraordinary player.
Fox is a better scorer then Kyrie and a better defender........its because he plays in Sac that he gets no respect. until he wins in the playoffs he will never get the respect he deserves. although i dont know if this list is for the the regular season or if the playoffs matter here

He has less flaws offensively than all the players behind him especially as a scorer. One final series where he underperformed in 3 out of the 5 games doesn’t define him as a player.
@@illacrityvincent I had to defend kyrie like Crazy in the comments😂, the funniest part about this is the fact people were more mad about him being ahead of Jaylen brown then Damian Lillard being ahead of brown with the down year he had🤦♂️😂.
Based on your trends and what sways you historically I’m gonna guess the rest to be the following, this isn’t what I would make the ranking but I think it’s what you’ll put: 1. Jokic (strong mvp) 2. Giannis 3. Shai 4. Luka 5. Embiid 6. Steph (weak mvp) 7. AD 8. Kawhi 9. KD 10. Tatum 11. LeBron 12. Brunson 13. Ant 14. Mitchell 15. Booker (All-NBA)
Bam and a regressing Butler is not better than Wemby, no one will do that trade for either. And if Bam or Butler played for the Spurs, they won't be getting more wins.
I don’t think one series is nearly enough of a sample size to gauge a player’s value. Same way I didn’t have Jimmy > Tatum after last year’s ECF, or Tatum > Embiid after last year’s 2nd round.

@@narrow360117-21 for me
Wow butler over jb this year wow
Lillard that high is insane did you miss this entire past season?
Great video and thank you for giving Jimmy Butler his respect!
… was the Wemby section posted before Chris Paul moved to the Spurs? 😂
@@Anthonydu01630 I love Wemby but the AD disrespect is insane here 💀

Wemby is NOT better than AD already. I do think he's barely top 15-16 though. He was placed a little too low for this list, however, I think he could have been top 13/14 skill-wise by the end of the season. He improved massively from top 30 at the start to almost top 15 by the end. He's definitely getting into the top 10 next season.
