So let's say a Santa spawned Fake Peppino while you were high up in the level, but the door you entered through was lower in the level, you'd be teleported to the X position of the door, but with the current Y position you already have, which means you'd get stuck in the wall in most cases. Also, interesting to note that Fake Peppino dies in one hit (probably due to the creators not wanting him to do his transition phase with all the other darker Fake Peppinos). And, Phase 2 Peppino (The chase one) can kill enemies and damage bosses, which I find interesting.

I think what might be causing the teleporting is bosses spawning in. I noticed every time a teleport happened a boss was in the room.
