Insulated Roof and Wall Panel are made using Pre Painted GI Sheet. The two layer of Pre Painted GI sheet has a sandwich of Rigid PU Foam. The thicknness of Rigid PU Foam varies as per requirement from 50mm to 100mm.
These sheets were initially used in cold room construction to stop loss of cool temperature inside the cool room.
The GI Sheet is of two types -
1. GI sheet. - Zinc Galvanised
2. GaL Sheet - Zinc plus Aluminium Galvanised.
The center filling is of Poly Urethane Foam but of rigid nature.

Sir I appreciate with thanks for The information you gave on this entirely new concept which seems quite useful.
I shall be more thankful if you provide some more information as under -:
1. Can we use screws in the partition wall to hold photo frames and wall pieces, etc
2. Can we make a concealed wiring in this partition board.
3. Can we apply plastic emulsions like paints on this sheets
4. Does it come in plain form which can substitute a wall feeling.
I think this has came as a revolution in construction industry. This will save time, money, and a clean way specially for alterations of existing buildings and soon building industry will adopted it for internal walls, specially if the fire point of view is more clear and 100 % safe.

Sir i have a big problem. We made a new home in Himachal. We have tata green metal sheets and then wood false ceiling. Its very bad as sound of rain is very very loud. It rains 6 months in a year. Can u please suggest the remidy do we can finish the sound of weather. We can not afford to change the ceiling.

Sir, he was talking about Density of the PIR or PUR foam, for which the unit is Kg/m3, and I am sure it was only a slip of tongue. :)
