Good information! Can we use puff foam slabs inside pvc false ceiling for better thermal conductivity instead of puff panels? And for roofing, can we use upvc sheets? Is this a good combination to get the results which we get by using puff panels? Kindly suggest 🙏

Simple and lucid explanation. Will it be suitable for construction of cottage in hills? As the cost of bricks are much higher in the hilly region, even the PUF wall panels might be more suitable options. Do you recommend use of PUF panels for roof as well as walls for cottage in hills?

Sir, because i had lack of knowledge, i got a plain CGI sheet (metro sheet) roof installed on my room with the help of a iron frame, which is made on the terrace of a 3 story building. Now in summers it gets very Hot and in Winter it get super COLD in there. Is it still possible to insulate the roof of the room with this PUF material ?

Yeah. Thermal insulation is way better than normal sheets.
If you still want to use the existing tin sheets, then you will have to stick some insulator such as glass wool etc below the sheet. You can check videos on youtube for the same.
You can place puf foam slab below the metro sheets and cover it by any decorative sheet. Your problem will be solved

For AC, we place ms sheet inside the puf panel wall.
