Quick and easy, Laughing Bread without oven
Hello everyone, this time I made my favorite food as a child, the name is laughing bread we used to call it "Onde-Onde Ketawa/roti ketawa tanpa digunting" Without ✂️
How to make it fast and easy, it's sweet, delicious and fragrant, addictive.

Laughing Bread

1 medium egg (50 grams without shell)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda (baking soda)
60 grams sugar (4 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla or 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
15 ml water (1 tbsp)
20 ml vegetable oil or cooking oil (1 and 1/2 tbsp)
200 grams of all-purpose flour
Important :
Pay attention to how to make the dough.
Pay attention to how to fry so the bread can laugh.(the oil must be really hot when frying 170°C).
