Hi Richard, they will be available in about a week from www.sonnyboysmusicstore.co.uk. We haven't done a listing yet but will do next week. When they arrive.
I assume "heat treat" means this. Copper alloys work harden. This means that when it is shaped it gets harder and stiffer depending on how much it has been worked. Obviously this would affect tone. Heating it up after the work has been done would anneal it and leave the grain pattern perfectly even and consistent from piece to piece. Warmer? I don't know, but It would make it less stiff which make any resonant frequencies a bit lower.
Looks like a great harmonica. When are you going to get more Noble's in Ben? Also, do you intend to get in the Dabell Contender? That one looks good too?
We have more Noble's on order and yes the Contenders have arrived - call the number on the site to order before they get listed. We have a Sonnyboys meeting today 11 am UK if you'd like to attend - us02web.zoom.us/j/88400283874?pwd=RXJlaDlmN1FhMU44U09UdzQzUmtKdz09
Korea seems to be doing a good marketing :) Speaking frankly after testing both models I do not like them much now. How can I say it seems to be too responsive . Notes are every where the control is not good
Good point! Guilty as charged. This was meant as a review rather than a sales promotion - we didn't have any available to sell Goran. But since we have now decided to order some you can get them very soon. They are being despatched 12.11.19 from Korea so should be here in a week. They will be available from www.sonnyboysmusicstore.co.uk. We haven't done a listing yet but will do next week. Thanks for the heads up Goran! If you would like to reserve one you can email info@sonnyboysmusicstore.co.uk.
@@landztranz We're selling them for £57 on the Sonnyboys site. I didn't pay for mine - I arranged to get two instruments as trade samples to see if we wanted to stock DaBell products. We did the same with Kongsheng and Easttop five or six years ago as well, I want to see what they are like before getting involved.

@@harmonicamastery My view - and it is my work - is that Dabell adopted the name Noble in bad faith. The legal situation is complicated, but that is not the main thing. The main thing is that if they aspire to becoming a respected brand, they should not do such a thing. It would help their image if they dropped the name. I cannot speak for Seydel's decisions, but note that anyone importing goods bearing an infringing name can get into big trouble. Another reason for Dabell to drop the name and not put aspiring distributors in possible harm's way. Let's be honest, who did not know 5 years ago that Noble was a flagship name of Seydel? Dabell states in their interview that they looked closely at Hohner. Anyway, it's a blemish on the Dabell story that might do them more harm than good.
@@jafconsidine Good points Jerry, I will certainly email Benny Yoon to find out. He seems a good guy and wants to grow the business, so I can't imagine he would want to make things difficult - it must be pretty tough to make a living from making harmonicas anyway. Thank you for your comments.

Seems to me that they have stolen Seydel's name "Noble". Shame on them.
