Cám ơn thầy Patrick đã làm những Video như thế này để quảng bá cho Vovinam, riêng em khi mỗi lần học các bài chiến lược, thế khóa gỡ.
Nhưng em chả thấy nó thực dụng cho lắm từ khi xem thầy dạy và em đã ngộ ra mình còn quá kém cõi và dỡ tệ.

VVN needs more people like Master Patrick with new ways of teaching. Many 'traditional VVN masters" hang on to their traditional ways and believe they are 'the best' but as a matter of fact, they are out dated and antiquated.
We need more of masters like Master Patrick to find a new path for VVN.
