The emotions and behavior you described from your experience sounds just like what I have been struggling with. Insecurity was making me sick because I took my eyes off God after a breakup, I was focusing on myself and I became so critical of my every quality. I've never been fully away from God, but the past month has been so much better as I get closer to Him, and this is just another sign that God is always delivering. Some perfumes/body mists that last for me that are affordable are:
1. Pink Vanilla wish bodycology smells like La vie est belle by Lancome
2. Moonlit florals by Body fantasies, smells like a beautiful sweet and floral soap actually I wore it and it had been like 2 hours sense I sprayed it and I was walking and this guy was like "mm you smell so good kinda like a pretty sunscreen but better"
3.Calgon morning glory I bought this because Chloe suggested it and its amazing and lasts it smells like a fresh floral
4.Aeropostle Peach and Daisy I sprayed it in the morning and I could smell it still there when I went to bed it smells like a beautiful sweet peach mixed with a nectarine and pineapple vanilla scent
Sleepy time (or something like that) by happy place (pretty much the lavendar and bergamot one) it's a dupe for a bath and body works aroma therapy mist, it lasts and is very strong and just the smell is really pretty to me
Calgon morning glory...wow. So nostalgic for me. Used to love it as a kid like 20 years ago

Amen! The one word I think of to summarize exactly what you said is GRACE. It’s been big in my spiritual journey. Grace with ourselves and grace with others. Yes !!! What you said about pondering on thoughts . I struggled with that a lot in my walk and still do . But let me tell you something . Spending more time in prayer and filling yourself more with the lord will make the devil flee . You keep it up !! You just gotta say the devil is a liar . For anything not of God that comes to mind . And the more you put scripture up against that stuff , the less the devil will attack you in that area and eventually he won’t even try because he knows your authority . He is after our minds because it can be manipulated so easily . But you’re on the right track and the lord sees everything you are doing to follow his way and not the worlds. I don’t got social media except TH-cam and watching you fr make me see like dang people really in this fr and still got their personality .
