The prosecution needs to explain how if John was "sideswiped" that he'd get the amount of damage he did, how did he get damage all down his shirt from a tailight that would be around middle arm/shoulder height, explain how his entire arm has scratches all down it, how he has blood dripping down his clothes when he was thrown 6' into a yard laying down and how did he not have any injuries to his lower body if his arm looks like that and he was hit with that much force he would have injuries to him other than some scratches. Then explain how Karen got enough momentum in reverse, in a small area to mash the gas and hit him with enough force to throw him 6' in the yard without being all up in the yard?
@BurlyJ there isn't blood trails leading from the curb to that area. So I don't think thats possible. Then you have the states theory that the taillight is broken from John being hit. I don't think he was hit by a vehicle at all. I think he was in that house, got into an altercation, he was punched or the dog jumped up on him (causing all those injuries to his arm, he was pushed backwards by the punch or the dog jumping and hit his head on something hard (concrete, table, etc). Dogs jump in excitement and defense when an altercation is happening...so it's more believable an altercation happened and those are dog bites/scratches than a vehicle accident. I think they threw him outside after the altercation or John walked out injured and collapsed. We don't know if there was a possible blood trail coming from the house because the investigators chose to not look that direction what so ever.

Like I said, there's doubt here in what actually happened and how it happened, so they cannot convict her considering their theory of what happened cannot be proven. They didn't need to "cover" anything up, considering they were never investigated by people they knew. Besides, 4 hours is enough time to get him out of the house, wipe up any stains they seen and act like he never came in. The dog was gotten rid of and the downstairs was renovated from what I recall. Why is that being done, phones being destroyed, texts saying "if they ask he never came inside", why are the McCabes calling Johns phone all hours of the night and lying saying they butt dialed. If it was a butt dial, that they didn't know about, there'd be a voicemail left with conversations or silence if that were true. There's more evidence against the people in that home than there is a vehicle accident. Even the FBI and ARCCA said it is not a vehicle accident, those are highly trained experienced experts.

Hear me out guys. What if john was sitting down in front of the fire hydrant. Karen read and didn't notice she backed in to him. He tried to block with his arm. When she hit him, his head flew back and hit the fire hydrant. If you look at photos of where the house is and where he was found, its possible he tried to crawl to the house. I think some of the scratches could be caused by the dirtish area where he was found. Plus, his right hand was bruised, so it was probably painful to use that hand, making him have to low crawl with one arm.
This lawyer trying to say she was lying. She’s very very clear and correct on her analysis of the scratches. It is scratches! It looks like the dog was trying to flee or defend but was not attacking. If the dog meant damage it would have mauled the person. Everybody who loves animals knows dog behavior. The lawyer must have never been around dogs or animals. I think whoever had the scratches was being abusive to a poor defenseless empathetic dog. If the dog was attacking there would be evidence of a mauling.

Besides, 4 hours is enough time to get him out of the house, wipe up any stains they seen and act like he never came in. The dog was gotten rid of and the downstairs was renovated from what I recall. Why is that being done, phones being destroyed, texts saying "if they ask he never came inside", why are the McCabes calling Johns phone all hours of the night and lying saying they butt dialed. If it was a butt dial, that they didn't know about, there'd be a voicemail left with conversations or silence if that were true. There's more evidence against the people in that home than there is a vehicle accident. Even the FBI and ARCCA said it is not a vehicle accident, those are highly trained experienced experts.

Hear me out guys. What if john was sitting down in front of the fire hydrant. Karen read and didn't notice she backed in to him. He tried to block with his arm. When she hit him, his head flew back and hit the fire hydrant. If you look at photos of where the house is and where he was found, its possible he tried to crawl to the house. I think some of the scratches could be caused by the dirtish area where he was found. Plus, his right hand was bruised, so it was probably painful to use that hand, making him have to low crawl with one arm.
This lawyer trying to say she was lying. She’s very very clear and correct on her analysis of the scratches. It is scratches! It looks like the dog was trying to flee or defend but was not attacking. If the dog meant damage it would have mauled the person. Everybody who loves animals knows dog behavior. The lawyer must have never been around dogs or animals. I think whoever had the scratches was being abusive to a poor defenseless empathetic dog. If the dog was attacking there would be evidence of a mauling.
