My my mtd yard machine looks like the first rider you showed during the picture clips but red. I need to get my rear tires off to put tubes in the rear tires, they are stubborn as all get out. I read to spray penetrating lubricant and let it soak and leave bolt in and give it some whacks hopefully I can manage it without having to take it some somewhere. I'll take heed to your tip before re installing

Please do it makes it so much easier to come off. Also you can remover the tires from the rim while on tractor hope this helps
