I grew up dancing with Lindsay and Witney and Jenna. They were all from center stage in Orem Utah. Ashley delgrosso was one of the teachers who was the first one when we were little. I think that’s where the role model dream came from. Anyways 😂
Regarding the giving machines and Kansas City chiefs: if anyone didn’t know, the head coach is actually LDS. So I’m sure that has a big part in the team members being involved in those ads!
Re: deconstruction anger. I personally was not angry for the first 6 months and I wouldn't say I ever got traditionally angry. BUT as time when on, I got more outgoing about and frustrated over that Church (not saying "the"). Hailey was correct: the negative emotions, even if it's not anger, may come later.
Host a watch party for General conference. Being stoned and being there in person might be anxiety inducing but being in a place you're comfortable with some cool people, not so much.
Hayley casually just said what every woman feels so deeply every waking moment of their life in this patriarchal society from 16:58- 18:06
That sigh she did at 18:06… I felt that.
Alyssa Grenfell has a great TH-cam video about the Mormon / dance connection! Highly recommend

Love your podcast and content. But for the life of me I don’t understand how you keep still in the same seating position. 😂 My legs would fall asleep.
