Totally off topic, but I (a 21 yo man) just got my first PEZ dispenser. This is the happiest I've ever been. It's a bat, and I put candy corn flavored PEZ in.

Here is my car story. I had a burple Dodge Neon right out of high school and that Christmas my Aunt bought me tint for the windows and I picked rainbow sparkle (which is as awesome as it sounds and is quite literally Rainbow holo glitter) and I had a few Fairy stickers in the back window and a rainbow air freshener on the mirror. Maybe a year out of high school (mind you I didn't even get the car till after high school), I had gone to Walmart and when I came out a guy who had been in band with me was leaning against the car. He said he knew it had to be mine because only I would own that car.
My first car was a dodge neon! 2005 manual. My brothers first car then mine. We both crashed it and had it for years. Had to use two hands to shift it into 2nd in the hot weather. Drove it into the ground! Love to see other neon drivers!
In a similar vein to the van story: I have a vintage 80’s Hawaiian shirt that I love. I wear it out, and people love it. But I’d never worn it to work because even though my workplace is pretty casual (everybody wears jeans), I thought for some reason someone might think I was unprofessional or something. But yesterday I just decided to do it. I paired it with some olive wide legged cropped pants and sneakers and went off to work in my awesome Hawaiian shirt. And I got compliments! Not only that, but I ended up having my performance review by chance that day and I got a great review and a raise! Nobody made any negative comments. So don’t be afraid to dress like yourself even when you’re an adult. Self-expression is for us too!
This is just like the soaps I wish you'd bring back ( All the Neons, Lisa Frank, Birthday Cake, Cotton Candy Bubble Gum, Circus Cookie, Diamond Pastel Holo, etc.)

Girl my very first car was a 1976 Volkswagen Beetle. It was a beautiful aqua color and I bought it in high school with my after school job money that I saved for 3 years. It had peace sign stickers in the windows and a flower chain hanging from the rearview. It was glorious and made me so happy and I did not care one iota about the side eye I got.
Late to the party but me want a 1978 yellow cab beetle if I ever get myself a car.

I LOVE MY MINIVAN!! So many people say “oh I would never get a mini van, just get a large suv” so when I got my minivan I got a window sticker than has a cartoon of a minivan and says “never say never”… I get lots of laughs from fellow minivan people on the road :) (also I’ve never met someone who was debating and then got a minivan and regretted it)
I have always known I wanted a minivan! I don't know what makes people hesitate. For me, it is a car that was actually designed to carry my 4 kids around in, and do it easily! It's lower to the ground, the doors slide open, the trunk actually can hold all our stuff, even the weekly groceries, or car trip stuff.
All around, I love it!
I absolutely LOVE hearing Katie say she'll be having one of the bars in her own bathroom. Trying to recapture how I feel about making art, nothing feels as AMAZING as looking at something you make and loving it wholeheartedly!!
This made me feel better for having just decorated my whole kitchen with Moomin items. Drinking from my Moomin mug and eating off my Snufkin plate fills me with such joy. Life is too short so why not decorate with what brings you joy.

I already have a year's supply of Royalty Soap, plus I have experimented with making my own soap with cheaper fats, but that color combo would be hard to resist.

I’d love to see a video featuring the embed making process. Even just a short few min piece in another soap vid. If Shelly is not a fan of being on camera it could just be her hands. Also Shelly does an amazing job and of course so do you Katie.
I recently started going to therapy and one of my biggest issues was always worrying about how other people see me or what they might think if I wore something or did my makeup a certain way to the point where I would try as hard as I can to not stand out and blend in as much as possible. It contributed a lot to my anxiety and depression and I’ve started to work on getting better about not worrying what people I don’t even know or are complete strangers that I will never see again think if I did my makeup or wore something specific.

I hate to admit I am 50 and finally decided to fully embrace everything I want to be and how I will project it, without anxiety about perception. Live your JOY!

I 100% agree I was always so scared to dress how I wanted because people would judge me etc but recently I decided not to care so now I’m an accountant that dresses emo on the weekends and I cannot tell you how happy it makes me to finally look how I’ve always thought I should.

My wife bought a guinea pig sticker for our previous car and I never let her put it on, so when we changed cars in 2019 the first thing we did was put the sticker on, and I'm so glad we did. It's so cute! And our car is a very popular model and colour so it makes it waaaay easier to identify in car parks 😂

similar story to your van! I actually got to buy my dream car when I was 19! It was a 1973 dark blue volkswagen beetle. I loved that car but didnt have it for long. A year ago, I got a chevy s10 '93 which was baby blue and currently did a "paint party" with my family where we completely spray painted the truck rainbow colors! BEST decision ever! The best part is driving by and seeing or hearing kids yelling out "look! that cars a rainbow!" best feeling in the world knowing i'm making people smile :D

The cold brew with the pumpkin spice sweet cream is a solid 10/10 although if you like sweeter I recommend mixing the cream into the coffee!
I love how you and I got super similar soaps around the same time. Mine was birthday cake with blue, purple, and pink, same frosting. You are so right about a bunch of people having similar ideas like with the Winnie the Pooh soap!

If you ever do a candy themed series, you should do a pop rocks soap and use a bath bomb embed (or crushed bath bombs sprinkled on the top), so that when the bar is introduced to water it starts fizzing.
