Hey Dianne, another great insight into a week in your life!
Regarding the oil spillage, although you've probably figured this out by now (seeing as it happened over a week ago!), you should use salt instead of water to clean it up. Pour some salt onto the oil, wait about 15 minutes, then wipe away with a paper towel. It's more effective than water, which will just sit on top of the oil, and not actually do anything!
Also, you mentioned feeling disorientated after your nap: this is normal. If you're going to nap during the day, try to only do it for 20 minutes at a time (essentially a power-nap), otherwise you risk falling into the REM/deep sleep, which is harder to get out of.

i always always wake up on my days off at around 7:45, i think it’s to do with your circadian rhythm and your wake/sleep cycle - it’s all so interesting, sometimes we do sleep deprivation plans at work and it’s all so amazing how the brain/body works! sending you lots of love 💞💕

I always wake up at 7:30 since I was 13, I'm 24 now! Probs once a week though, I wake up at 730 and just nope out and go back to sleep till 8ish.

For the spilt oil in the kitchen try SUGAR SOAP from the decorating shop it will clean the grease up fast and its a safe product.
