@@thegascompany1051 To each their own. Mr Morale for me is a gift that keeps giving. On my very first listen, I actually came away feeling a little unsure about it, even slightly disappointed. But I understand now that was due to my expectations for what I thought the project would sonically sound like, especially off the back of The Heart Part 5, and his back catalogue of practically all classics. With each listen after, and now 2 weeks later however, it's become one of my most cherished Kendrick projects. His most personal, and in some ways most dense work yet. As with most Kendrick content, each listen unfolds another layer of meaning, the more you listen (and actually LISTEN) the more it evolves. I definitely think age plays a part also. Some things will resonate a lot more dependent on your stage in life. I have a feeling that over time, your view on the project may change, like many others.
