I think that's part of why they're so beloved. They can be so fucking unreasonable but still be hilarious without even trying really. I'll never not enjoy seeing them raise their hands in objection to losing a decision in a fight they obviously lost.

So is talented and great as they both are or “were” They are just like the Raiders nowadays they have a few great memories and Achievements from the past.. But they have nothing but excuses or delusions about the facts and real cause of there down falls.. Oh and a majority of their fans like them because of their “gangster” Personas and relatability to a lifestyle that can be summarized as immaturity, Non-disciplined, and self proclaimed victimhood. Being a gangster at the age of 40 is laughable and embarrassing but try to tell that to the Nate Diaz family or the raider fans as a whole.. He probably gets stabbed her shot which tells you all that you need to know.
And I don’t expect you to read all of this but I had to get it out there facts are facts are in a and I’m sure reading too many of them may get you triggered so carry-on..
I'll be honest, I was a Paulo Costa fan before the Adesanya fight and I was PISSED when I heard his excuses. I would have supported him even through an embarrassing loss if he just owned it but damn. The true character comes out when they lose. Then he came at Vettori with that ridiculous weight and not even trying to cut weight. That was just disgusting.
The way he acted the whole week leading up to the Vettori fight was shameful, was glad Marvin beat him

And now hes out there giving interviews saying he will only fight Vettori and nobody else, how hes pissed at him and wants to put him in a hospital for a years because hes asshole etc... If im Vettori im like "Have fun making no money fighting no one then, i beat you already and with a weight disadvantage". I also liked Costa, never thought i would have a 180° turn on a fighter after hearing just a few interviews lol

Cruz was right about the early stoppage, given his track record of recovering from such shots and doing even better
Cejudo also had a track record of only getting wins only because of the ref or judges interfering, after getting gifted the DJ win he only got early stoppages from bad refs. He couldn’t get a single K’O in flyweight as soon as he moves up to Bantam he’s all of a sudden a knockout artist
