Thanks for the cool video, covering something I've always been afraid of doing because I'm always afraid of fucking up my gear, but thanks to videos like these the EVH in me has been coming out more and more.
Very nice guitar strap Rob. Easy to fit and will last for a long time. I myself had a black leather studded strap (VERY HEAVY METAL). Nice to see you do this video and something new.
Cool video man! I like the Richter straps, I have one of Matt Heafy’s signature ones. Very durable and comfortable. I'll have to try out one of these straps!
Thanks Rob! I just ordered the 8 String Stef Carpenter LTD in the Red Sparkle finish after watching your last 2 videos and was wondering about these straps. Love these tutorial style videos and love love love the videos you do with Mark. Keep up the great work my man! Bring back the RA LTD so I can get one of those!!!!
These cliplock dimarzio guitar strap are the best! though, they keep slipping down my shoulder cause i play LP guitar body, lol. Don't care, i wouldn't change them besides that "issue". I tried the traditional ones, never felt comfortable with them, they seem to get loose with time. These are so solid, i feel so sure they wont get loose besides looking "fragile" at first. Great video!
Just attached this strap on my guitar. Loving it so far. I do wish the strap length was a bit shorter. Will have to keep an eye out and see if DiMarzio sells a shorter strap.
@@RobArnoldWorld Oh yes. I've actually shortened it as much as possible and I still wish I could shorten by another inch or two. Just found today that DiMarzio sells a shorter version of the strap. So that's something I'm keeping on my wishlist. But weirdly, for some reason I'm liking my guitar hanging lower with this new strap. It's partly because with this strap I'm somehow able to keep my guitar a little more vertical without feeling like the neck's gonna dive down.
It's really amazing, excellent and acknowledgeable! I like guitars, amplifiers and etc., I mean, all things that are connected with music. Thanks a lot, Rob, for your new video 👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏🤘🤘🤘🤘✌️✌️✌️✌️
These straps are so cool! I should really invest in a couple! On a second note, do you have an intonation video? Looking to setup a couple of my guitars properly instead of just tuning them and hoping for the best and you show the gear in a way that's easy to follow Cheers either way, you're the man!
I like those straps but im ocd . My straps have to match my guitar aka my dimebolt has a lightning bolt strap .. my esp it purple quilt so of corse I have a quilt pattern purple strap .. so I just use strap locks on everything. They haven't failed me yet
In my opinion, not at all! I had multiple guitars coming in and out of cases every night for years. And while they now show signs of their tours of duty, none of that wear and tear is from the Clip Locks. 👌

I have seen a video of Jim Root, showing his favorite tele and it had quite a scar over there. Have you noticed anything like that? I'm not really babying my guitars but if i can avoid something..

When you play without a strap connected (You know, Sitting down) do they get in the way of your playing? that's the only reason why I've never tried them.
