We began standing for the national anthem in 1942 and have continued to do so until now.
There is no law requiring this. But every Thai person does it with pride. It is a show of respect for our own nation. Showing respect to our ancestors that has lost blood and life To have Thailand today
เมื่อฉันอยู่ในที่สาธารณะและได้ยินเพลงชาติดังฉันจะหยุดทำกิจกรรมและยืนตรงเพืีอทำความเคารพเพลงชาติไทย แต่ก็มีข้อยกเว้น เช่นเมื่อขณะขับรถ หรืออยู่ในที่ส่วนตัว หรือในที่นั้นไม่มีเพลงชาติบรรเลง ก็ไม่ต้องยืนเคารพเพลงชาติได้
