I love coconut oil as an overnight pre shampoo treatment. There's studies proving it's the only oil that can actually penetrate the hair cuticle. It prevents breakage and since it actually gets into the hair instead of sitting on the surface, it isn't easily washed away so it lasts between washes. It's important to still use conditioner with it since it doesn't do anything to smooth the outside of the hair shaft.

Now you tell me about the elemis cream, I've just spent £140 on tropic skincare! I love elemis pro-collagen, see how the tropic goes. If I'm not a 100%, I'll try this. One of the few high end companies that are cruelty free. Did you know that some companies were caught selling products that had been tested on animals in the UK? Estee lauder, revlon, benefit to name a few. Bad enough that they're so greedy they still test to sell in China etc but they were too lazy to make more that aren't tested on animals to be sold in the UK. I only buy cruelty free certified from now on. Animal testing needs to stop and if magazines stop advertising companies that test, the list is huge and people stop buying their products, they'll have no choice but to become cruelty free or pull their products where animal testing is banned. I feel like people don't give a shit about animal testing, as long as it gets rid of wrinkles, covers greys who the f cares?! I'm quite passionate about animal welfare and I'm not a vegetarian, I just believe that animals should be treated kindly and with respect. 💕💕💕💕

Ruth, this was hilarious. If I remember correctly back long, long ago into my pre-children, early relationship years, I think at that age I could engage in raucous activity for many, many hours and wake up with an amazing glow without any need for a face cream. Ah, those were the days! Thanks for reminding me of those wonderful days as I’m into day seven of a family tummy bug/flu thing where I’m sleep deprived from tending to my kids day and night. I definitely don’t have that glow. 😂😂 But maybe the income for that cream. 😂😂😂

April Lane they are fantastic,I have purchased the multi vitamin power firm,I use it around my eyes and skin above my upper lip,it has diminished my lines by about 80% and really firms.You have to keep using it and be patient to see results but it really works also their facial sunscreen is very good too,it makes makeup application go on smooth and is not sticky,also its SPF 50

I have been stressed out of my head the past few weeks. I'm in my final few weeks of school, i have 2 months left at work to prove i can be a manager, and we are moving house in 3 weeks. My face seems to be stressed too. Spots here and there, corners of my mouth keep tearing, the bags under my eyes are unreal!! I'm only 24 years old, so have you got any advice on what i should use or what i can do to get my skin back to normal? I live in The Netherlands, so lots of stuff i can't get my hands on ☹

umm I didnt get on with the elasicizer. I did absolutely nothing for my hair, which is coarse, wavy and tends to get very very tangled. Do you use it on dry hair? Maybe I just didnt get it.
The Elemis pro collagen cream fragrance is ridiculous, if they took out all the fragrance it would need a smaller jar, its way too strong and it smells like an expensive french granny. No thanks.
