I think anything that can decrease the time it takes to bring a new player up to speed but also not negatively affect high level play, I think it is a win.
Same, I agree with the minimap footsteps. I've played since 2014, and im not the slightest mad at new players getting this crutch. Not like its going to change anything in my rank anyways
Yea I’ve played for like 7-8 years or so. Got used to most sound distances but it’s really nice seeing a visual and also figuring out sounds through large walls on the map is really nice. And I can sprint to exactly where I need to now and then stop to walk. W change
Fr, I have no idea why people dislike that feature. Well, it seems like people dislike every feature that helps newer players, which is dumb asf. They change almost nothing gameplay wise but help new players immensely. I don’t see how that’s bad, CS’s big problem was always the ridicolous learning curve, which scared away a lot of players.
@@jerkopatrikyour giving too much credit lol. It's simply that it's a feature in valorant so it's an instant L to them. If it wasn't in valorant chat would be spamming Ws after Ohne said he liked it.
8:45 yea that was my problem too when training on a server, I always wondered when I have to sneak to optimize even that. You get it from playing/experience because you hear enemies and you can tell how far you're audible, but that's just a guess and for uncommon spots it's hard to tell.
I think it remains enemy colored because i've seen smokes as ct colored in really dumb places seen from the ct perspective that ended up being thrown by tt after i asked who tf threw that suposeddly dumb smoke for us. I hope i explained myself.

I'll never understand the point of the last part of the video. Of course CS2 would get more views and likes than Valorant, val was a new game. CS2 was expected and much needed compared to CSGO so everyone was looking forward to it.
my guy comparing a new game trailer to a 20 years fps game trailer and keep liking the changes on cs2 even if they are in valorant since beta(weapon sell, footstep showing on minimap, loadout screen, different gun drop sounds)
@@silverthree7730 whole game? Its the same thing if you would say Quake is the first online fps game and all fps shooters stole the whole idea from it.
i both play cs and valorant and love both of them but if you are comparing val to cs everywhere it clearly means that this game is successful enough to compare with cs noone can deny that
They didn't remove recoil lol, and arguably this hasn't been done in any game before so it's still unique, there's just a clearer path towards learning the patterns

Obv you cant, but you cant be fully accurate while being shot either yet the game allows it cause its better for gameplay. We'll have to see how bad the accuracy debuff is but if it completely ruins extremely aggressive AWP peeks then its a bad change.
@@DebasedAnon no it's not a bad change at all, in what world should you be able to walk through a Molotov and remain accurate? Especially with a sniper rifle. Make it make sense bro.
@@ProjectpvpProduction In a world where you can tank shots from an AK/M4 and still aim perfectly, stop being an utter clown. If you want hyper realism go play Tarkov or some other shit, CS has never been realistic and this is potentially a stupid change
