Think it depends on how you define “retire.” He’s still definitely been going to tournaments, and he announced that he’s gonna be at Smash Con, unless I missed that getting retracted or something. So it doesn’t seem like he’s *done,* I think he’s just leaning much more towards making content than grinding to stay at the very top, so in that sense as a *pro* he’s semi-retired. (don’t wanna speak for him of course, that’s just my read on the situation)
