Thank you for an educational vid again! I was in desperate need to learn about microphones and goose what, I found your channel!! This I because I just started streaming in April of this year and I tried to fine-tune my headset microphone but how I wish to have like a ''real'' microphone. The Fifine K683A sounded so goose, even without filters, I'm impressed

The reason I want this microphone: sometimes when i'm lonely I go out to my local pond and jump in and pretend to be a goose, i really want to enhance this experience by recording my goose sounds. ((real reason: been wanting to record songs for a while now but I'm broke lol))

Quadcast seemed better to me, also there isn't much differenet with the price today between the two, and one more thing when you tested Fifine with filters.. the beginnings of the words were CUT like the first letter of each sentence was faded... so you didn't do good job on the filters or the fifine mic isn't good compared to HyperX
Not sure on the price these days as this vid is like a year or two old, but I prefer the sound of the Fifine, but some of it is personal preference of course! Thanks for watching man!

Is it good for recording song vocals?
I probably wouldn’t recommend it for vocals for singing. The plosives are likely to be too overbearing on this mic for that.
