I found Captains to be tough. But they get less tough if they can't move for one or two turns! The spell "Bind" really helped out during some of the early Campaign Turn Battles.
Yeah they look rough compared to the basic troops, even the other Boss types... my Mystic doesn't have Bind, the only one that might be useful is Steelbreak, but that only affects his armour... gonna have to consider strategy before recording the battle tomorrow. Being a Desperate Mob means they auto-lose when I cause 4 casualties.... reckon I may have to ignore him and focus on getting 4 basic troops dead!! 😈 Thanks for watching
@@pralinor Apologies for my colourful language 😈and occasional use of British slang....."Muppet" - used as a British insult it means "useless" and/or "foolish"....... and some form of repellent would be wonderful for these young local kids (not legal age to ride) on their small engined bikes (without wearing helmets - illegal) that have their exhausts drilled (cops don't do anything to enforce laws) to make more annoying noise..... grrrrrrr 😤 I hates them...... OK rant over, normal programming shall resume hahahahaha 😆
Captains are tough but atleast you didnt roll an unique enemy. Thats how my warband got destroyed. Rolled an Duskling Champion. He just ate up my whole warband... 😅
@@IthaquasBane I know the pain. Just try if you can to gang up on that captain with as many soldiers you can. Try not to fight one on one and dont roll bad 😅
@@IthaquasBane So true. 😊 But i still dont trust the dice. I been up against trash mobs and they have been wiping me off the table 😅 But thats half the fun of the game. FL is really an brutal game sometimes 😊
Good luck in the battle...I think I will stick to playing Mordhiem solo...lol...this game just seems so brutal, I haven't seen anyone make it past 3 actual battles yet

Reckon a Captain is bad enough for only the second fight.... have a decent batch of weapons, just that my stats suck sooooo bad!!

I remember you had something against parry. Was it the bastard sword or another item? Or did you choose something else?
I found a War Spear with the improvement "Quick" which prevents an enemy using 'Parry', very useful improvement!!
