That was a pleasure to watch, super running session, Its nice to here the locomotives natural sound going around the tracks, instead of this tinny sound of DCC, some of these sound chips are awful, to much in the way of electronics on these layouts, look forward to more videos, Regards, Colin.
Thanks Colin, that's really kind of you to say. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment! I agree with your comments regarding DCC sound. I don't think there is space in OO Gauge models to get the depth of sound needed for it to be convincing. Although I think it seems to work better on diesel locos. Perhaps there is more space for a speaker in the bodies of these locos. I have been impressed with the sound on some O gauge layouts. They have the luxury of size and space to sound more convincing.
Epic video.... gorgeous trains and exquisite layout! An awesome mix of smaller locos today, but the black one toward the end of the video is a scene stealer!
