Ellarien was actually slightly after Drakkon - the damage he did to the Morphin Grid led to a bunch of the Rangers that Jason brought to fight him getting lost in time and space trying to get home, and finding themselves in a galaxy that seemingly had no Morphin energy. It turned out it was cut off from the rest of the universe because of a dangerous secret there, but the guy the Morphin Masters left to guard it became corrupt and took over as a tyrant. Ellarien's Solarix is the last functioning Morpher in that galaxy, and she shares its power with the Rangers so that they can help her overthrow him and eventually reconnect her worlds to the Grid because being cut off from the energy of change was causing everything to slowly break down
As to the Solarix itself it's essentially a Zeo Crystal prism that refracts and spreads out morphing energy, ergo the rainbow coloration of the Solar Rangers and her ability to channel other Rangers' energy and abilities with stuff like Solar Strike
She sounds SO awesome! If the TV series ever gets that reboot, I do hope it dives into the comics so Ellarien and her entire story is shown off. I still have to pick up the comics to get the full story, but would be nice to see her on the screen.
Claws of Fire may need an official FAQ. Because the card doesn't say "printed health value" I would assume it can defeat any card that, at the time of playing CoF, has a health value of 4 or less. So if a printed 5 health card has 1 damage already on it, then play CoF to defeat it.
That’s how I’ve been playing it, though still unsure. For a card that powerful, anyone out there that knows if jonathan ever made a post about it, I’d very much like to know his ruling.
For what it's worth, in the Renegade discord, people are saying the term "printed health value" isn't used in the game. The card would check another cards health value taking into count modifiers such as damage counters or other card effects

Dragon Solo itself is just amazing. That on top of Jarrod’s cards now be affordable means that you need two turns of setup and then things go 💥
