local cat fish nuggets getting retail 2 a filet here, noncooked in the freezers up north. You could also convert it into clean fertilizer for other growers. Something to think about for the catfish (or bluegill also, they are hardy man and people love fried bluegill filet)

Parsley takes a few weeks to root, not like others that takes a few days/week.

I did have it in the water for like a month. The only thing that happened was the stem decomposing

What cover/material are you using over openings for air circulation (secured with wiggle wire)? Do you use this on rollups also (to keep out chickens)?

Yes secured with wiggle wire. The covering is just typical greenhouse plastic. My chicken area is typically separate from where the greenhouse is, besides during the winter when we let them in the garden. I don't have the typical roll up sides that you are thinking of, the plastic goes all the way to the bottom and is stappled, but if I wanted to roll them up I would just have to take the staples out and attach it to a rolling mechanism. Behind were openings are, I have insect netting which will stop the chickens from entering. I do have it on the sides incase I do decide to roll up the sides.

Thank you for reply. Do you know the mesh specification for insect screen? We are looking at insect screen to help keep things like chicken out and to provide air circulation. The specifications for insect screen seem to be by Mesh # or percent opening, like 17 Mesh, 25 Mesh, 32 Mesh, 40 Mesh, and 50 Mesh.

@@user-sf6er6ju9k Not sure about the mesh number. But here is a link to the mesh that I got on amazon amzn.to/3umkAmq (it is an affiliates link). It has worked well for me, my chickens haven't tried to peck through it. Hope that helps
