I forgot Talonflame. C tier. Good niche tailwind setter with priority Brave Bird - strong with Life Orb. Not better than Tornadus, but works well on some hyper offensive teams. Has regional results to back up its claim.
what do you think about Orangaru i use him on my masterball team he’s playing the role as a trick room instruct taunt lead and i think he’s pretty good
Yeah he's always going to be the instruct guy on some trick room team. On ladder games he's fine. For a tournament you're gonna need something else most times since you need that slot to cover some matchups.
@@CloverBells yeah there’s definitely better picks tournament wise like farigiraff but i think for ladder he’s definitely an underused pick definitely fun though
I didn't mention it because it's not in the meta. Entei is the best of the 3. Suicune is very niche. Raikou doesn't do anything that these 2 can't do but better~
I think bolt should be S tier. On equal grounds for sure. Chien Pao is excellent especially with Urshifu and/rillaboom. Top 12 usage consistently. Pops terrain from miraidon and indeedee and pressures the calyrex with sucker punch. It also pressures the raging bolt with an ice move.
I would say the staples stay the same more or less. Stuff like Amoongus and Incineroar are always going to be S tier. Everything below the S tier are up for grabs. Just depends on what's legal and not legal
got 6th in an online tour recently with clefairy + calyrex-ice, i think more people should explore the duo as an option because the amount of bulk you get from friend guard + follow me in exchange for the amount of damage you do with helping hand (I actually ran tera ice on calyrex) can be straight up unfair. But no matter what restricted you run it with clefairy's going to put in work
I'm definitely a fan of your channel. Jamie Boyt still is my number one he loves underated Pokemon as do I. However he doesn't make a lot of content. What I like about you is you're consistent, fair and honest. And if something you thought was no good does some tournament usage you give it a shot and test it out. That's what I like about your channel.
@@CloverBells so I want to let you know about a underrated niche Pokemon. Tera ground Arboliva I've literally destroyed 9 out of 10 Miraidon teams it does get earth power. Hey CB ty for the video, watched the who thing! Overall pretty good list. Although I’d there may have been some more basis picks and inconsistency in what makes something B or higher (Exp: Dnite, P2, Kommo, Hat, entei, okidogi and even Gholdengo and Volc being so high with little results. Where as Draco is C with good consistent results and G-Molt and jugulus being low B when they have been consistent good on multiple teams 🤷♂️) Just my thoughts but either way great video
Because Regidrago is only good on hyper offensive teams. It's not something you can splash on multiple squads. We used it on the channel with Kyogre and Grant's Zacian team. Where else has it been used? It's a niche pick that does very well on those teams - but only those teams. Gholdengo is excellent. Same with Volcarona. Multiple top cuts on various teams like Calyrex, Terapagos, Miraidon and even Kyogre. They fit very well with those restricteds. Kommo-O and Entei are rising slowly. We like those 2 moving forward.
I’m very surprised Raging Bolt isn’t in S-Tier. IMO it’s the best Pokémon in the format competing with Incineroar. AV Bolt has a decent mu into CSR, even without Snarl. Tera Electric Electroweb is SO good.
@@CloverBells fr like you can EV it to live glacial lance and adamant icicle crash with the same spread, invest the rest in it’s offense and still hit hard. Im av sets I feel like tclap draco and eweb are mandatory and you can choose snarl tbolt or vswitch depending on what you need.
chi-yu and raging bolt seem to be underrated given that they’ve been consistently having really high usage with both of them peaking at top 2/4 in day 2s. chien-pao has fallen off though; it’s no where to be seen in top 12 usage stats in recent events, so it shouldn’t be that high in S imo
Not a bad list but I'll say regardless the so callsd tiers. I've found success with just 5 pokes no restricted yet or legend as well as maining corviknight venusaur on my team with quaquaval incineroar ursaluna beaten restricted mons with not much of a challenge. Not bragging just saying it can be done if you know how to play around them. I'll eventually add a legend even if I don't need it. In Ultra ball tier on my way to master.
@@CloverBells I wasn’t asking lol I’m answering the question of what do I think you left out. It beats incin Rilla faster fake out has feint and a way to hit steel types to mention a few things.
@KantoHaki no no that's what I'm saying - I left him out on purpose. The tier list I found online didn't have it and I didn't need to manually add it because it wasn't impacting the meta enough to consider.
