Thank you so much. I’m having pinching groin pain tonight and I was looking online to find possible causes.. Your video has just helped me a lot. I have lumbar scoliosis, so this all now makes sense as it feels like a possible trapped nerve. Pain comes and goes and is sharpe. I will mention it to my doctor of course, but your help has meant I can sleep tonight! Many thanks 🙏
