when I do the daily check of the nozzles and cleaning of the head, I see that some of the white lines have been replaced by black lines, also sometimes the dumpers of the white have a dark color inside, I changed a new head, a new dumper and the capping station pump is fine, for a year I had no problem

My pleasure:) 100% do it always before you start your day and let’s say you don’t use the printer for a few hours but you’ve got another job or project to do, I would suggest you do the maintenance again:)

What are the control settings on the front panel? I cannot find anything about it.
If you are referring to the front of the printer it’s mostly the temperature of the printers plattens
Hi, I just got my new dtf printer and the white is very transparent, also if I print something, in the middle of the printing it just stop and both ink and paper light turn on (no blinking) what is the cause of this problem ? Do you know how to fix it ?

Please help. After head cleaning, my ink & paper light start to flash. I cut the printer off. Thereafter the power on button doesn’t turn on. I proceeded with manually cleaning my print head. The power button still doesn’t turn in. Any suggestions

How do you rest you printer?
I have a 1390 epson
for some reason it doesn't it isn't working properly.
I think it needs a hard reset, but I'm not sure how to do that without causing more damage?

I have done print head cleanings and nozzle checks, it’s not printing white on nozzle check. I have a couple of prints that it prints the layer of ink on the print, but won’t print the white on the design

Hey fellas great video I loved it very detailed. Now I have a question I did rad you should do this everyday I got that no problem, I viewed another guy on here I will not put him on blast but he appears to discourage newbies from buying this set up and to just purchase transfers from those that have these machines. Well I think that was stupid unless you just don't have the money to start up. I purchased the Oki 9541 WT Printer for 14k and I just got a Embroidery machine for 10k so I am not concerned with price if I really want the product in my business. I did like the vids I am seeing how they compare to the WT Toner prints and yours last way longer. I am thinking of now just using my Oki 9541 for hard surfaces items an Duse this for my shirts. This guy is saying the maintenance is difficult now he had it seemed like a converted printer unlike yours so I am not sure if that player a different role as far as the maintenance goes. My bad for such a long message but I wanted to lay out everything. Thanks

Thanks for the comment, we are not sure why people are saying to avoid buying this printer or any other models for that matter... we offer 12/24h after-sales services and we also provide assistance with any problems... Maintenance can be long and time-consuming and even frustrating if done once every blue moon... But if you do your maintenance everyday, you will find tricks to make to process go smooth every time :)
I'm thinking about purchasing a DTF print. Why a maintenance need to be done everyday if the white ink has a stir and circulation system design so the white ink will not clog. I researched some on DTF printers and the white ink is the one that seem to clog with converted printers and those are the ones that need the everyday maintenance.
If you do not do the maintenance daily, you must buy an anti-clogging solution to prevent the white from clogging. Learn this from experience

and my machine is 220 volt, in Australia we have 220 to 240 volt electricity, is there going to be an issue to run 220 volt printer ?

I would contact an electrician. They answered all my common questions about the Voltages and so forth. I'm not educated enough to provide you that information! happy printing :))

I’m not sure if you’ve done a video yet about what to do if your gone for more than a few days but I have another question. I am moving and won’t be able to use my printer for a couple of months. Do you know what is recommended? Do I just empty all the ink or something more? Any insight you have would be much appreciated!
Help, I just set up a brand new printer and the white line never cleared syringe step and is just air? Also installing RIP software from flash drive receievd has been a nightmare since it's not clear. I'm stuck before I can even use it.

Thinking about buying this DTF printer. How often should you print, and does it require daily maintenance?
Cool! You should do a print once a day and do the maintenance once a day on the printer to ensure long life of the print head and avoid problems with white ink clogging :0 Follow this channel and you should be all good :)

How do you fix the resolution of your printers? I am trying to do a 10*10 on mine and it’s coming out so disoriented and pixelated

Make sure your file is at least 300 dpi (the higher the better, I try to set mine at 1200dpi to make sure and exported with he correct program to ensure it stays good. INSPECT your file before you go to print it, by zooming into it like 300 percent, that'll show you how it's going to look once you print it out t

i’m going to be buying this machine i had an epson for this machine do you not need cleaning solution for when you’re not printing?
I've never used one. However I recommend you do a head cleaning once a day to keep the print head from clogging.
I have gone through the maintenance with my machine and when I send something to print nothing prints. It goes through the motions but nothing comes out. I was trying to do only white and it just stopped printing. No white or any other colors will print now. I am not sure what to do. I have cleaned all that I am aware of that needs to be cleaned. Any ideas???

If you are just starting your business and not printing everyday would you advise to still do it everyday or just on the days of use? Thx!
Good question... I would do it every day... The reason being, if you get an order and you are ready to do your maintenance on your machine... Yo go to pull your ink and you get a sensor problem and you lose a day of production trying to fix it... It could be a problem... If you are not in a rush with producing your orders... I Would only do maintenance when you are ready to print. Depends. Happy printing :)
Get extra damper tanks. You can fill them all with cleaning solution and do some head cleanings to clear out your printhead. Make sure you refill the dampers and just leave them in on your downtime. When you’re ready to print again, swap back and purge the print head and you’re good to go. You don’t have to print every day
if you get a new dtf printer that is boxed with no inks setup in it can it sit for a period of time before use?

Hello thank you so much for the video! Question I’m starting DTF I am a one man team. I want to purchase this machine however I know I have two trips coming up where I won’t be able to do the maintenance… will that ruin the machine? Outside of the trips I plan to do the Maintenance daily. What do you suggest?
I suggest you do it once you come back from your trips. As long you shake the ink and do your maintenance before using the machine
